Summary/Objective

To provide on-site coordination for all phases of construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. Superintendent shall be responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety.

Essential Functions

   Inspects work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and the adherence to construction schedules.

   Ensure that subcontractors are fully executing and complying with contracted scope of work.

   Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion.

   Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.

   Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards.

   Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to project team for resolution.

   Maintain daily log (written) of activities on the jobsite.

   Ensure subcontractor has corrected all deficiencies identified by project team.

   Walk project daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning.

   Preside over weekly subcontractor meetings designed to coordinate the work.

   Issue notices of non-compliance to subcontractors in regard to quality of work or scheduling.

   Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner.

   Provide direction to and resolve problems amongst 30+ subcontractors and vendors.

Superintendent shall supervise all subcontractors, consultants, and vendors daily.  This supervision shall ensure adequate manpower is available for each task and compliant work performed.  Superintendent shall supervise all Assistant-Superintendents.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position which will typically involve 40+ hours a week.  Due to the nature of the job, the employee must be available on-call early/late hours to deal with delays, bad weather and emergencies at the job site.

Must be able to travel to the jobsite(s) as assigned.

Required Education and Experience

Three to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively before groups of customer and employees of organization.  Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.  Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Asset Strategy & Business Planning

• Develop and maintain asset-level business plans aligned with investment strategy

• Conduct hold/sell/refinance analyses and provide strategic recommendations
• Support onboarding and integration of newly acquired assets

Property Management Partnership

• Serve as the internal liason to Property Management teams
• Track operational KPIs and address performance issues impacting assets
• Lead monthly asset-level variance reporting
• Review operational initiatives aimed at revenue growth, expense control, and resident satisfaction

Capital Planning & CapEx Oversight

• Coordinate asset-level capital improvement planning
• Evaluate CapEx investments and expected returns
• Monitor project execution against approved scope, budget, and timeline
• Track the impact of capital investments on asset performance

Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Oversee asset performance reporting with support from Asset Management Analysts
• Maintain financial models and performance tracking tools
• Analyze portfolio trends and identify opportunities for improvement
• Support executive reporting and strategic decision-making

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Acquisitions, Accounting, Capital Projects, Legal, and Property Management teams across the asset lifecycle
• Assist with acquisition diligence and asset integration
• Support budgeting, reporting, insurance matters, and regulatory issues

Safety Manager

The Safety Manager supports the Division Safety Leader in enforcing and regulating all safety procedures to ensure compliance with applicable safety requirements across field operations and facilities. This role is responsible for managing and coordinating division safety activities and supporting fabrication shop safety efforts within Maryland.

Key Responsibilities

• Tour and inspect fabrication facilities to ensure compliance with company, state, and federal OSHA regulations
• Partner with Operations management to identify and mitigate risks
• Report safety concerns to senior leadership and ensure enforcement of OSHA regulations and company safety policies
• Document safety inspections, identify hazardous areas or procedures, and recommend corrective actions
• Ensure non-compliance issues are resolved within designated timeframes
• Maintain required safety documentation, including accident reports, inspection reports, and training logs
• Track trends and injury rates; develop and implement loss control strategies
• Provide emergency response support as needed
• Participate in accident and injury investigations; submit required documentation to regulatory agencies
• Contribute to safety training materials and manage employee training programs
• Lead and mentor less-experienced safety professionals; may include direct supervision
• Lead and manage special safety projects
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Health, Environmental Applied Sciences, or related discipline preferred
• 7–10 years of relevant safety experience, including employee training
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required
• OSHA 10-hour, OSHA 30-hour, and OSHA 40-hour training required
• OSHA 500, NFPA 70E, CHST, or ASP certifications required
• CSP certification preferred
• Strong working knowledge of health and safety management systems, OSHA CFR 1926, CFR 1910, EM 385 standards, and/or state construction safety regulations

General Summary of Position
Coordinates daily functions of the practice's EP device program by serving as a primary resource for pacemaker and defibrillator programming and tracking. Provides direct patient care and database administration to assure high-quality care and service to patients with implanted EP devices.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Contributes to the achievement of established department goals and objectives and adheres to department policies procedures quality standards and safety standards. Complies with governmental and accreditation regulations.
• Assists in the development and implementation of pre-and postoperative and discharge teaching for patients undergoing implantation of permanent pacemaker/ICD devices EP studies and radiofrequency ablations.
• Coordinates EP Device Clinic with EP Physicians' Schedules and notifies management of potential scheduling conflicts.
• Enrolls patients in the appropriate transtelephonic system by gathering and updating information from patient medical records and educating patients on the use of the system to ensure accurate and timely participation in the transtelephonic system.
• Maintains a regulatory/compliance environment by following organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance to state local and federal standards and regulations.
• Performs and reports clinical analysis of device interrogations received through the transtelephonic systems by following established protocols to provide optimal clinical treatment to patients.
• Performs and reports pacemaker and ICD device interrogation and analysis with reprogramming as needed by following established protocols to provide optimal clinical treatment to patients. Maintains expertise as new technology becomes available including the use of new programmers and the programming of new devices.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Provides continuity of care for EP practice patients between appointments and after hospitalization by providing care to coordinate the effective transmission of patient-related information.
• Provides direct patient care by following practice policies and procedures to render appropriate clinical support to the electrophysiologist physicians in both the offices and the hospital environments.
• Provides patient education and follow-up reminders by meeting with patients in person and/or over the telephone to ensure that the transtelephonic system is being used appropriately and in a timely manner.
• Works in conjunction with device manufacturing representatives to alert physicians and patients of potential device alerts or recalls.

Minimal Qualifications
Education

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or Exercise Physiology program required and
• RN or MCEP required
• BSN preferred

Experience

• 3-4 years Experience post graduation required and
• 1-2 years Cardiology experience preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure Maryland and/or DC Nursing licenses if applicable required and
• CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation (includes BLS and NRP) for healthcare providers from either the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross within 90 Days required and
• Additional unit/specialty certifications may vary by department or business unit. and
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification preferred

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

• Strong EKG/arrhythmia interpretation skills.
• Skilled in performing device checks and reprogramming.
• Effective verbal and written communication database management and problem-solving skills are required.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
