General Purpose of Job:
The Manager, Investment, Programmatic is responsible for effectively supervising a team and set of clients with a focus on accuracy, growth, and innovation. This individual will act as a subject matter expert on programmatic strategy and execution, assuming a client facing role during pre-sales activity and enterprise-level client meetings. Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard, maintain and grow assigned client portfolio; coordinate / collaborate with Account Management, Media Strategy and programmatic leadership on long-term strategic roadmap
  • Develop programmatic strategies utilizing knowledge, experience, and strong analytical skills to extract insights from campaign data and provide well-developed quantitatively based recommendations to accomplish client goals and objectives
  • Create presentations, regular reporting, and other documents for client use in the evaluation and approval of programmatic campaigns
  • Develop programmatic campaign targeting and measurement strategies, ensuring it aligns to the client’s business goals; oversee strategy implementation across all programmatic mediums (display, video, native, digital audio, CTV, digital out of home)

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree (communications, marketing, advertising, or business)
  • Ability to speak, read and write the English language Experience:
  • 4+ years relevant work experience in digital / programmatic media preferred; agency experience a plus
  • Expert usage of Microsoft Office suite, with strong emphasis on Excel
  • Experience building media plans and determining budget allocation on a yearly and monthly basis using different forecasting methodologies
  • Experience developing and managing high performance teams a plus
  • Strong relationships with publisher and technology partners
  • Advanced knowledge of the importance and role of programmatic within a media plan and how to leverage it strengths
  • Proven ability to convert and implement strategic plan directions into flawless tactical executions
  • Demonstrated understanding of media planning concepts such as reach, frequency, frequency management, impression share, ROI, ROAS, and other KPIs

Registered Nurse Care Manager

SUMMARY: The RN Care ManagerΒ is responsibleΒ forΒ assessing the care needs of participants, provides nursing and healthcare interventions, and evaluates outcomes of care of participants on an ongoing basis. In collaboration with the interdisciplinary team (IDT), develops plans of care to meet participants’ needs. Delegates tasks to clinic, center, and homecare aides according to participant needs and care plans. Collaborates and communicates with the primary care provider, clinic staff, and other members of the IDT. Provides care to participants in the clinic, center, and participant homes as needed. Β

ESSESNTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Β 

  • Provide high quality clinical care and serves as a member of the PACE interdisciplinary team (IDT).
  • Provide nursing care in the center, clinic, contracted facilities, and participants’ homes according to each participant’s plan of care. (NJ: in accordance with the State of New Jersey Nursing Practice Act, N.J.S.A. 45:11-23 et seq., as interpreted by the New Jersey State Board of Nursing, and written job descriptions. Services provided shall be documented in the participant's medical record).
  • Participate in 24/7 β€œon-call” process for triage of participants and their needs.
  • Assess, plan, and coordinate participants’ home care services. Provide input to the IDT in developing home care plan interventions. The nursing care needs of the participant shall be assessed only by a registered professional nurse.
  • Monitor participants’ acute and chronic care needs in all settings. Provide coordination and direct care as indicated toΒ promote continued care in the community or promote optimal institutionalΒ care (Assisted Living, Nursing Home, Hospital, etc.) as needed.
  • Ensure timely follow-up by providers on specialist visits and will assist withΒ obtaining specialist reports, facility documentation, and labs if needed.
  • Reconcile facility MARs for your assigned panelΒ of participants monthly to ensure accuracy and medication adherence, notify provider of any discrepancies.
  • Notify participants of normal test results.
  • Complete timely and accurate nursingΒ assessments in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement nursing-related care plan interventions.
  • Teach participants, caregivers and families about self-care, medications, healthy lifestyles, infection control and safety to promote optimal health and safety.Β 
  • Review and revises goalsΒ and approaches to participants’ care in coordination with participant, family, caregiver and interdisciplinary team.
  • Works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team (IDT) to develop and implement comprehensive plans of care for participants.Β 
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships and communication with co-workers, participants and their families/significant others, and members of the community.Β 
  • Participate in all interdisciplinary team meetings.
  • Assist the interdisciplinary team members in understanding the significant nursing, self-care and functional needs related to the participant’s health problems.
  • Supports OT as aback up to performing the duties of Home Care Coordinator on the IDT as needed/when assigned. May perform the duties of other IDT members based on professional licensing, competencies, and experience as needed.
  • Actively participates in utilization review meetings and quality improvement projects / meetings. Β 
  • Evaluates the competence of CNAs and Home Care Aides and delegates tasks and duties to them as indicated.
  • Participates in family meetings, staff meetings, in-service and training and orientation programs as required.
  • Follows all PACE Program Policies and Procedures and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety guidelines.
  • Protects privacy and maintains confidentiality of all company procedures and information about employees, participants and families.
  • Practices standard precautions and follows PACE Program Infection Control protocols. Β

  • You’re comfortable with ERP/EPM technology platforms and know your way around SAP, Oracle, Workday, Anaplan, One Stream applications and understand the interdependencies across the rest of the finance and enterprise technology landscape.
  • You’ve got an MBA or another type of advanced degree.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
