Qualifications: BS in Mechanical Engineering (ABET-accredited).
PE License in the U.S.
10+ years in mechanical/plumbing engineering (HVAC, controls, fire protection, piping).
Proficiency in REVIT M&P and HVAC analysis tools (Carrier HAP or Trace 700 preferred).
Extensive knowledge of building codes and BIM standards.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee mechanical engineering design and documentation using REVIT M&P.
Collaborate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
Prepare design studies, calculations, and narratives across all project phases.
Coordinate mechanical systems with architectural, electrical, and other disciplines.
This role focuses on the design of electrical systems for buildings, covering all project phases—design, bidding, permitting, and construction.
You’ll collaborate on diverse projects, contributing from conceptual development through final design and owner acceptance.
Qualifications · Professional Engineer (PE) license required; ability to obtain registration in multiple states (NCEES preferred).
· Extensive experience in electrical engineering for buildings and site systems.
· Proficiency in REVIT MEP and familiarity with A/E industry BIM standards.
· Broad knowledge of electrical systems including: · Power systems (medium & low voltage) · Lighting design · Fire alarm, security, telecom, and utility systems Preferred Qualifications · Experience with ELUM Tools, Visual Lighting, and Navisworks.
· LEED certification and experience designing systems to meet LEED criteria.
· Experience working with federal agencies (DoD, DOJ, USACE).
· Knowledge of related building systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection).
Key Responsibilities · Lead electrical engineering design and production for assigned projects.
· Prepare electrical design and construction documents in REVIT Electrical per applicable standards.
· Conduct design studies, calculations, and analysis; prepare narratives and specifications.
· Assist in developing and maintaining electrical design standards and documentation.
· Provide technical and client management support throughout project lifecycle.
Performs daily process monitoring tests throughout the plant as assigned.
Maintains samples of tested product in order to confirm test results, if necessary.
Documents results of all testing procedures and promptly notifies operations of required adjustments.
Enter and report data using a Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
Understands most production processes required in the production of product and may make recommendations to operators in order to achieve product quality.
Performs light maintenance and calibration on all ADM laboratory equipment.
Maintains on-going records of the results of all testing procedures and inputs such data into computer on a daily basis.
• Maintains adequate supplies used for testing procedures and notifies the supervisor of the need to re-order such supplies.
• Continually compares equipment readouts with samples of standards as required to ensure that all systems are operating accurately.
• Maintains a neat and clean working area at all times, washing equipment as required and placing equipment in the proper storage areas.
• Maintains an effective working relationship with fellow employees.
• Performs duties in a safe manner, utilizing all approved safety equipment and successfully completes all safety certification requirements.
• Maintains awareness and adheres to all FDA, GMP, BATF, EPA, OSHA and employer standards and guidelines.
Experience Preferred: Good attendance history.
Excellent safety record and awareness.
Demonstrates sufficient computer skills to utilize lab instrument operation programs.
Familiarity with current commercial software applications (Excel, Word) Experience with lab documentation.
