Essential Job Functions: Performance of the essential functions of this position require the Associate to possess the minimum qualifications listed above.
These functions include, but are not limited to, the following : Greet all Customers and provide prompt, courteous service with accurate information regarding prescriptions, OTC products, and health-related matters.
Promote business growth by identifying opportunities to increase prescription volume, expand clinical services, and strengthen patient engagement.
Build relationships with customers and the community by communicating fluently in English and Spanish.
Order product, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records for controlled substances, including removal of outdated or damaged items.
Maintain current registration and pharmacological knowledge through continuing education and professional development.
Comply with all State and Federal drug laws, including Board of Pharmacy regulations, HIPAA, DEA, and FDA requirements.
Dispense medications accurately and efficiently while monitoring drug therapies and recommending clinical interventions as needed.
Ensure patient safety by verifying prescriptions, identifying potential drug interactions, resolving therapeutic duplications, and preventing medication errors.
Provide comprehensive patient counseling on prescription and OTC medications, including proper use, side effects, storage, and adherence guidance to support optimal health outcomes.
Manage daily pharmacy operations, including directing technicians' workflow, verifying pharmaceutical preparation and labeling, and overseeing order entry.
Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to pharmacy technicians and support staff.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including sanitation of work surfaces, equipment, and maintaining clear floors.
Regularly lift, pull, push, and rotate merchandise up to 25 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
Complete all required HIPAA, compliance, and departmental training programs.
Stand at the workstation for the duration of scheduled shifts.
Stay knowledgeable about product locations and adhere to Company shrink guidelines.
Uphold professionalism and confidentiality when handling patient health information.
Follow all Company rules, safety procedures, HAZCOM requirements, and manufacturer instructions for chemical use.

Organization is seeking an experienced Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician as its Clinical Director for our 50+ member Adult Medicine & Specialty Department. Our Adult Medicine Department diabetes program has been recognized by the NCQA. In addition, the department has a top-performing Ryan White program and a robust Care Coordination Team. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, the Clinical Director, in collaboration with the Nurse Manager, Practice Manager, and Director of Infectious Diseases will provide general oversight and leadership of the department. The incumbent will support the continuous improvement of clinical operations, provider workflow, patient satisfaction and financial performance. The Clinical Director will deliver direct clinical care as well as administrative oversight.
Successful Candidate can expect compensation with the range of $220,000 $292,500
The successful candidate will be a graduate of an accredited medical school, and will have:
Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
The willingness and ability to deliver high quality patient care in an efficient manner
Familiarity and comfort level with providing quality care to underserved populations with complex needs
Relevant business experience, especially working in a large health center setting and/or private practice serving as either a Director or Associate Director
Experience with recruitment, on-boarding, retention and discipline of clinical providers, staff
Familiarity with compliance issues as it relates to specific area of clinical expertise
Experience supervising advanced practitioners (APRNs, PAs)
Demonstrated ability in developing and participating in department strategic goals and direction
Experience with nurturing a culture of continuous improvement, team work and collaboration
A quality focus, including an understanding of ongoing professional practice evaluation
Superior communication skills and the ability to build and maintain positive and productive relationships with clinical and administrative staff, patients, and external partners and stakeholders
An aptitude for collecting, analyzing and presenting data and comfort making defensible, evidence-based decisions

Compensation Range: $240,000-300,000 (plus Sign-on Bonus)
The provided compensation range is based on industry standards and salary determinations will be made based on numerous factors including but not limited to years of experience, individual performance, quality measures and location of position.
