Commercial Construction Project Executive Job Description: The Project Executive role is to effectively manage both small and large scale projects from discovery and design to development and implementation.

A Project Executive is responsible for all of the duties performed by the Project Manager as well as the following: Responsibilities Maintains adherence to HITT’s standards of safety Ensures the all job processes are followed in accordance with HITT policies Negotiates terms and conditions of contracts with clients Monitors the progress of each project through updated schedules Ensures that the project Quality Control Plan is followed Assists that project staff in resolving scope problems with subcontractors Ensures proper assignment and evaluation of field personnel both within the project team and throughout the company Identifies and negotiates time extensions where justified and allowed Acquires new work as well as maintaining existing clients Maintains positive relationships with the subcontractor community Ensures timely completion of closeout process Leads the preconstruction and RFP package effort with the help of the Preconstruction Department and/or other company resources Delegates responsibility when necessary to ensure that the project/tasks run smoothly Qualifications 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, including experience with a commercial general contractor Prior healthcare construction project experience required A four-year degree from an accredited university with a concentration in construction, engineering, or business is strongly preferred.

Department Overview:

The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is a faculty member credentialed and privileged as a Physician Assistant (PA). The APP is a member of the Hillsboro Professional Staff, OHSU Professional Staff and Adventist Professional Staff practicing in accordance with the respective bylaws. The APP shall provide services as assigned by the supervisor in furtherance of the universityΒΏs missions and goals of teaching, research, patient care, outreach and public service. Function/Duties of Position:

1) Clinical Responsibilities

  • a) Inpatient Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive inpatient and follow-up care for surgical patients, starting with surgical support through admission and discharge at OHSU and Hillsboro Medical Center. This role supports Bariatric, Vascular, General Surgery, Plastic Surgery, and Surgical Oncology surgical services.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct daily rounds with attending physicians and develop patient care plans/protocols in collaboration with faculty across multiple surgical services.
    • Educate residents, interns, and nursing staff on care protocols to improve quality of care, enhance patient services, and reduce hospital stays.
    • Partner with hospital and unit staff to implement effective discharge planning and address length-of-stay issues.
    • Support patient health through coordination with ancillary services, patient education, and family counseling.
    • Lead and participate in clinical in-service training and ongoing staff education initiatives for the inpatient teams.
    • Ensure adherence to all institutional customer service standards.
  • b) Operating Room Responsibilities: Provide operating room and procedural assistance to Bariatric, Vascular, Plastic. Surgical Oncology and General surgeons as determined by the Division Head or their designee(s). Includes assistance in performing laparoscopic and robotic surgeries.

2) General Responsibilities

  • a) Teaching: Providing teaching of General Surgery surgical and diagnostic treatments to medical students, interns, residents, inpatient general surgery nursing staff, and other Division support staff on the inpatient and/or outpatient service. Providing and/or participating in clinical in-services and staff educational programs for the outpatient & inpatient General Surgery service.
  • b) Call Coverage: Provide daily call support for patients on inpatient service. Shared weekend call coverage of inpatients is also expected.

Position Overview

SRG is partnering with a local sports manufacturing company that is looking to add a Production Artist to their growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of creative production and hands-on manufacturing. Based in a state-of-the-art factory environment, the Production Artist will translate graphic design concepts into production-ready files for advanced direct-to-substrate printing technology. This role blends precision and process discipline with creative curiosityβ€”ideal for someone who thrives in both structured production workflows and experimental problem-solving.


The Production Artist plays a critical role in moving artwork from concept to finished product. You will prepare, optimize, and manage production files for high-volume manufacturing while ensuring quality, color accuracy, and technical precision.


Beyond execution, this role encourages exploration. You’ll collaborate closely with print operators and manufacturing teams to test new techniques, refine processes, and push the capabilities of modern print technologyβ€”bringing insights back to the design team to inform future innovation.


Key Responsibilities

Production & Execution

  • Prepare production-ready artwork files for direct-to-substrate printing
  • Ensure color accuracy, file integrity, and compliance with manufacturing specifications
  • Create, revise, and distribute graphic production files to manufacturing teams
  • Perform quality control checks prior to print runs to proactively prevent production issues
  • Adapt artwork across multiple product models and variations
  • Maintain organized digital asset libraries with structured file management and version control


Experimentation & Innovation

  • Explore and expand the capabilities of direct-print technology through testing and experimentation
  • Document findings and translate successful results into actionable insights
  • Partner with print operators to understand equipment constraints and opportunities
  • Apply a curious, solutions-oriented mindset to enhance product graphics and finishes


Collaboration & Communication

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced factory environment
  • Review work with leadership to ensure on-brand and high-quality outcomes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, product managers, and manufacturing teams to meet production timelines
  • Communicate technical constraints and production insights to inform future creative direction


Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Print Production, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5+ years of experience in print production, prepress, or production art
  • Hands-on experience preparing files for production output (preflighting, packaging, file optimization)
  • Strong understanding of color management, separations, and print specifications
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and related design tools


Preferred Experience

  • Experience with direct-to-substrate or cylindrical printing (e.g., bottles, cans, tubes)
  • Background in consumer product graphics, packaging, or decorative manufacturing processes
  • Knowledge of substrate preparation, ink systems, and print equipment operation
  • Experience in sporting goods, hard goods, beverage, cosmetics, or consumer packaged goods production
  • Exposure to illustration, 3D modeling, or industrial design
