The practice focuses on commercial disputes, representing businesses in state and federal courts across a wide range of industries. Attorney will receive significant responsibility from day one, and should be comfortable drafting pleadings and motions, handling written discovery and depositions, attending client meetings, and appearing in court. Attorney must be a self-starter who takes initiative to move cases forward.

Qualifications:

• Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial litigation, particularly in the following areas: motion practice and courtroom advocacy; contract, tort, and real estate disputes; and written discovery, e-discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Admission to the Colorado Bar is required.
