ABOUT THE ROLE

The Globalization Product Manager will be responsible for supporting the global roll out and localization of our product positioning. This role will have visible interactions in a highly matrixed organization to sales and clinical teams around the world. The role will be responsible for understand unique market conditions and determining optimal market entry strategies.

POSITION RESPONSIBLITIES

• Continuously partner with commercial sales and clinical support team to identify new tactical and strategic opportunities to drive growth
  
• Customize messaging and promotion strategies to the unique geographic, legal, ethical, regulatory and policy environment to ensure market success.
  
• Work closely with US Transplant Care Division Marketing team on marketing campaigns, communications, collateral and event coordination
  
• Identify and address regulatory challenges and opportunities in transplant legal & regulatory frameworks and policy changes country by country.
  
• Drive initiatives to support local reimbursement collaborating with local partners.
  
• Stay current on the latest changes in clinical data and train sales teams on the latest tools to support local positioning.
  
• Lead knowledge-sharing sessions following attendance at clinical conferences, webinars, and educational events to drive organizational learning and proactively shape commercial strategy and next-generation product development, ensuring insights from emerging industry trends directly inform business initiatives.
  
• Monitor competitive activity through review of clinical, financial, regulatory, and intellectual property filings
  
• Conduct primary and secondary market research to inform direction on existing programs and future strategies.
  
• Collaborate with regulatory for global expansion priorities
  
• Collaborate with cross functional leadership and team members to ensure effective market launch and continuous improvement throughout product lifecycles
  

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• 
  
• At least 3 years of professional experience in product management
  
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences technical field (biomedical engineering, biology, biochemistry, public health, etc.)
  
• Fundamental understanding of biology or human anatomy
  
• Comfortable engaging and interacting with experts from diverse skillsets and cultural backgrounds
  
• Excellent interpersonal relationships, with the ability to adapt communication style based on context and individual
  
• High level of comfort with developing, interpreting, and communicating complex technical information with impactful visualizations and supporting data.
  
• Demonstrated ability and/or interest in working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization that requires quick response to changing market demands.

Our Radar Digital Product Line (RDPL) is a cornerstone of these efforts, enabling advanced capabilities for mission-critical applications. We're looking for a dynamic Product Owner to lead the charge in driving the next generation of digital radar technologies.

As a Product Owner for the RDPL, you will be a key leader in shaping and delivering complex, high-impact products that define the future of radar technology. You'll act as the bridge between our engineering teams and our stakeholders, guiding the vision, ensuring alignment, and driving execution to bring innovative solutions to life. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact across multiple teams while mentoring and inspiring the next generation of product leaders.

What You Will Do

• Lead with Purpose: Own the delivery of RDPL features and capabilities, ensuring your team's efforts align with program goals and customer expectations.
• Strategize and Prioritize: Work with leadership to refine the product roadmap, balancing immediate needs with long-term vision. Manage and prioritize the team's backlog, ensuring clarity on scope and alignment with business objectives.
• Empower Teams: Foster a high-performing team culture by coaching team members, delegating tasks effectively, and supporting professional growth for junior staff.
• Solve Complex Challenges: Partner with engineering teams to tackle technical and operational challenges, ensuring solutions are both innovative and practical.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Use data and feedback to identify opportunities for process enhancements and product innovation, keeping the RDPL ahead of the curve.
• Be a Voice of Influence: Represent your team in cross-functional discussions, advocating for their needs while aligning with broader program priorities. Build consensus among stakeholders and maintain focus on shared goals.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience in product development and product management.
• Experience with agile principles, frameworks, tools, and team performance optimization.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience with radar systems or similar technologies is a plus.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward success.
• A knack for addressing complex challenges with creativity, collaboration, and strategic thinking.
• Exceptional ability to articulate priorities, build consensus, and represent your team's needs to stakeholders at all levels.
