Proactive Sales Calls
Proactive Sales Calls are calls to organizations that we currently do not partner with.
The objective of every sales call is one or more of the following:
- Sell the First Team brand and the services offered
- Quantify and qualify all organizations positioned in your sales territory
- Establish rapport with prospective clients
- Increase the amount of prospect contacts in each prospective client
- Schedule sales meetings with prospective clients to further discuss First Team’s staffing services
- Generate job orders that have been qualified and are aligned with First Team’s principles
- Generate potential candidates and direct candidate information accordingly to the recruitment team
- Sell the First Team brand and our services to everyone
- Proactive sales calls should include employment platform ad calls daily
Expectations:
- 350 Proactive Sales Calls Weekly
New Business Presentations
New Business Presentations are scheduled meetings with prospective clients, selling First Team and services offered.
The objective of a presentation:
- Learn more about the potential client you are meeting
- Learn how they have used staffing agencies in the past
- Explain how partnering with First Team would make sense
- Close job orders
Expectations:
- 3 New Business Presentations Weekly
Marketing Drop Offs
Marketing drop-offs are performed weekly to ensure First Team brand awareness throughout each respective sales territory.
Expectations:
- 25 Drop Offs Weekly
Customer Service Visits
Customer Service Visits are meant to add value to First Team’s client experience. Clients need to understand that First Team is a business partner, not just a vendor, and that we are concerned with the quality of service we provide.

- 2 Customer Service Visits Weekly
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support treasury operations and financial analysis activities. This role will serve as a key point of contact for the maintenance and ongoing development of treasury software and related financial systems. The analyst will collaborate with Financial Administration and Patient Financial Services teams to ensure banking activity is accurately reconciled with accounts receivable and to support efficient patient billing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform financial analysis and account reconciliation activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Research and analyze financial, banking, and patient billing data to support bank reconciliation and billing operations.
- Prepare status updates and financial reports while providing cross-team and multi-facility support to internal stakeholders.
- Conduct and document departmental financial analysis projects.
- Provide accurate and timely data and insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Maintain the completeness, accuracy, and integrity of databases, mappings, and reference tables within the cash application software system.
- Collaborate with Information Systems teams and software vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Manage, update, and maintain system documentation.
- Assist with training and educating end users on system features, capabilities, and enhancements.
- Prepare and post limited journal entries when reconciling banking activity.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Information Systems (Required).
- Minimum 3 years of treasury or financial analyst experience, or equivalent role (Required).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (Required).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills (Required).
- Ability to demonstrate initiative, innovative thinking, and sound professional judgment (Required).
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Office-based role requiring extended periods of computer work.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and travel to other facilities using a personal vehicle (Required).
- Ability to lift or carry up to 20 pounds of materials such as files, laptops, or project equipment (Required).

Position Summary
Brooksource is seeking an Operations Associate to support the startup and ramp-up of a new parenteral filling line for our pharmaceutical manufacturing partner in Concord, NC. This role supports operational readiness activities, procedure development, equipment preparation, and daily startup execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operational readiness efforts for the filling line during startup.
- Assist with procedure development, standard work, and documentation activities.
- Participate in equipment walkthroughs, readiness checks, and startup execution.
- Help track performance metrics and identify early-stage process gaps.
- Work with operations, quality, and engineering teams to resolve startup issues.
- Support training, shift handoffs, and line readiness reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail.
- Mechanical, technical, or operations background.
