Position Purpose:  

In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors; the Instrument Technician Non-Certified is responsible for the reprocessing of reusable general hospital and surgical equipment and supplies to include advanced surgical instruments and laparoscopic instruments, Orthopedic specialty, and case carts.

• Performs decontamination process procedures. 

• Performs assembly process and procedures. 

• Performs sterilization process and procedures.  

• Performs sterile storage and inventory control process procedures. 

• Performs case cart preparation process utilizing appropriate pick sheets/preference cards. 

Other Responsibilities: 

• Performs above duties independently in multiple specialties.  

• Works proficiently without direct supervision.  

• Informs immediate supervisor or in-charge tech of inventory shortages and missing instrumentation.  

• Maintains a safe work environment. 

• Prioritizes workload.  

• Identifies various surgical instrumentation accurately. 

• Responsible for using proper packaging and processing techniques. 

• Communicates back-order information and facilities appropriate substitutions.  

• Responsible for Proper Quality Assurance Documentation. 

• Participates in and fosters a performance improvement approach that includes both intra-departmental and interdepartmental activities. 

• Responsible for compliance with Organizational Integrity through raising questions and  

• promptly reporting actual or potential wrongdoing. 

• All other duties as assigned.  

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Education: High School graduate or equivalent 

• License / Certification:  N/A    

• Experience:  Preferred, but not required 

• Effective Communication Skills 

• Effective mathematical skills. 

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and willingness to participate in a team environment. 

• Basic knowledge of medical terminology.

Position Purpose:

• The Medical Assistant will function within the State of Ohio scope of practice to administer direct care to patients, functioning under the direction of the provider or registered nurse and practice manager, following all policies and procedures including Mount Carmel Health System, Mount Carmel Medical Group and department specific policies and procedures.

What You Will Do:

• Welcome and room patients: heigh, weight and vitals

• Review medical history chief complaints and gather other information

• Blood draws, injections and EKGs

• Answer in basket message, patient follow up calls and message

• Using EPIC

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Highschool Diploma or GED with 1-2 years Medical experience OR Graduate Bachelors or Associates in science/health degree BUT Graduate/Completion of a medical assistant program preferred, Medical Assistant Certification or Registration preferred, or Graduate of EMT, EMT-P, or Military Medical Corpsman training preferred.

• Licensure / Certification: MCMG Only: Nationally recognized Medical Assistant Certification or Registration, preferred.

• Experience: One to two years medical assisting experience preferred. In lieu of required education, two to three years of previous medical office experience is required.

• Current BLS/CPR, and must maintain current certification

The Shipping Clerk will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant preparation, tracking, and documentation of outbound customer shipments. This role contributes to maintaining process conformity, traceability, and customer satisfaction through effective coordination with internal and external partners

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, verify, and organize shipping documents (Sales Work) to support error-free order fulfillment.
• Accurately print and apply labels for standard and special orders in compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor open work orders, identify part shortages, and request warehouse transfers when necessary.
• Maintain clear communication regarding shipping terms (FOB/MOD) and resolve discrepancies with Customer Service and Billing.
• Coordinate with the Export Documentation Provider to ensure the required paperwork is completed for international shipments.

• Coordinate with C/S on Export orders to ensure all documentation is correct and complete
• Identify and request part transfers between warehouses
• Print labels per customer requirements
• Maintain status of all open work, provide EOS report of upcoming work to be completed.
• Perform any additional duties as defined by the Warehouse Supervisor
• Comply with safety, environmental, and quality system procedures.
• Coordinate directly with cross-functional teams (e.g., Customer Service, Billing, Inventory Control).
• Escalate order discrepancies, part shortages, or documentation issues to management.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to communicate accurately and work in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Skill Requirements:

• Functional literacy in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Basic math proficiency including counting, addition, subtraction, and measuring.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and Word).
• Intermediate-level data entry and document processing skills in Microsoft D365 or similar ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, adapt to changing priorities, and multitask effectively

Minimum Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a shipping, logistics, or documentation-focused role within a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
