Job Description Summary:

This position is a combination of live and virtual health work, primarily on-site at Dublin Methodist, but with some opportunity for virtual work from off-site.

This position is responsible for providing services to patients, families, and significant others including completion of biopsychosocial assessments, psychiatric diagnoses, formulation of treatment plans and treatment interventions, therapy sessions (individual, couples, family or group), implementation of treatment plans and discharge planning. The Clinician can practice independently and without supervision, as permitted by the State of Ohio licensure.

Responsibilities And Duties:

Conducts patient/family/significant other interviews, charts reviews and professional collaboration to obtain and interpret information pertaining to patient biopsychosocial functioning. Completes assessments including: risk factors of harm toward self or others, developmental and age-specific needs, ability to care for self, ability to care for dependents, ability to meet basic custodial and financial needs, ability to engage in meaningful social and emotional relationships, and ability to comprehend and comply with treatment recommendations. Develops preliminary diagnosis formulation.

Develops and implements plan of intervention based on assessment. Provides crisis intervention, supportive, educational, individual, couples, family or group therapies in an effort to resolve problem areas. Employs treatment planning, continuum of care planning, and discharge planning.

Job Description Summary:

The Senior Director of Specialty Pharmacy Services is responsible for the strategic leadership, coordination, quality, and cost-effectiveness of all operations within the Specialty Pharmacy. Working closely with the Vice-President, Pharmacy Services, this role will execute on strategic growth to support organizational initiatives. Close collaboration with all pharmacy directors will be required as this business will have multiple pharmacy intersections, including outpatient pharmacy, clinic practices, infusion centers, and home infusion.
