Position Overview

Serve as a technical advisor to sales teams and clients by translating requirements into complete, accurate, and executable structured cabling solutions. This role bridges pre‑sales, estimating, and operations by delivering compliant designs, pricing, documentation, and effective project handoff for SCS RFPs.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a technical advisor to account executives and clients throughout the pre‑sales and proposal lifecycle

• Conduct on‑site surveys to assess infrastructure, pathways, and constructability

• Perform detailed client needs analyses to define scope, assumptions, and solution requirements

• Generate accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and labor estimates within P&L constraints

• Develop comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs) for Structured Cabling Systems (SCS) RFPs

• Define and document project assumptions, terms & conditions, and exclusions for proposals

• Review RFP documentation and prepare RFIs as required

• Design functional, code‑compliant solutions aligned with core product offerings and technical capabilities

• Provide technical support during scope reviews, pre‑bid meetings, and client presentations

• Participate in pre‑bid meetings and proposal strategy discussions

• Lead or participate in project kickoff meetings to transfer scope, risks, and execution details to operations

• Ensure design and estimate accuracy to support successful project execution and margin targets

Ability to read and interpret:

• Cabling pull schedules

• Floor plans, ceiling plans, and riser diagrams

• Line diagrams and system schematics

Strong understanding of:

• Structured cabling installation methodologies

• Proper rack fabrication

• Copper and Fiber Cable Termination Standards

This role offers hands‑on training and mentorship with experienced estimators and technical staff, with opportunities for advancement into a Senior Estimator (RCDD) role based on performance and experience.

Sixense, Inc. is seeking an Instrumentation and Monitoring Technician to support the deployment and maintenance of structural and geotechnical instrumentation systems. In this hands-on role, you will work closely with the local team to prepare, install, and service a wide range of monitoring equipment in diverse environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Summary

Under the supervision of the Project Manager, the candidate will perform field and office-based tasks aligned with company policies, standards, and best practices. You’ll also contribute to project success by providing quality control support, observations, and technical recommendations to the project team.

Main Responsibilities

· Install and maintain the performance of various geotechnical and structural monitoring instruments following Sixense procedures, including but not limited to datalogging systems, Vibration Monitors, Noise Monitors and Automatic Motorized Total Stations.

· Assembling instrumentation and Automatic Data Acquisition Systems (ADAS).

· Operation of power tools and hand tools (hammer drill, Sawzall, wrenches, etc.)

· Performing the configuration of the Data Management System.

· Coordinating and communicating with clients, subcontractors, and others.

· Provide timely assistance to engineers and fellow technicians as needed.

· Perform routine maintenance and installations, which may involve working at height, on rail systems, or during night shifts.

Health & Safety

· Actively participate in Sixense’s Health and Safety Program and help foster a positive safety culture.

· Ensure full understanding of all relevant safety protocols before starting any task.

Other Responsibilities

· Communicate equipment needs, performance issues, or field findings to the Supervisor or Project Manager.

· Occasionally climbing up to ladders and lifting up to 50 lbs. to install or decommission instrumentation.

· Perform additional duties in the workshop or field as needed.

· Seek continuous improvement in operational procedures and workflows.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Education & Experience

· BS Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline is considered an asset.

· 1+ years of relevant field experience.

· Demonstrable experience with the installation and maintenance of geotechnical and structural instruments such as piezometers, inclinometers, extensometers, and total stations.

· Basic understanding of heavy construction means and methods.

· Strong collaboration abilities, working effectively with colleagues and within multidisciplinary teams.

· Strong attention to detail and effective oral and written communication skills.

· Must be technology-minded, have basic knowledge about instrumentation systems, basic programming, software, low-voltage electrical, and remote measurements.

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint)

· Strong work ethic and professionalism in representing the company.

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.

COMPENSATION

Salary Range: $60,000 – $100,000, based on experience and qualifications.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Asset Analyst to support the Asset Management team in maximizing the financial performance of a portfolio of student housing and multifamily assets. The Asset Analyst will work closely with the Asset Manager on revenue strategy, financial analysis, portfolio performance monitoring, capital planning, and lender reporting. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze asset-level financial performance including revenue trends, rent growth, occupancy, and leasing velocity.
• Support development and implementation of asset-level rent and revenue strategies, including rent ladder analysis and concession strategy.
• Conduct competitive market analysis including rent surveys, new supply tracking, and demand trends.
• Support preparation of annual budgets, financial reforecasts, and asset business plans.
• Assist with lender reporting, financial reporting packages, and investment review materials.
• Support analysis of capital improvement projects and asset repositioning initiatives, including ROI and financial impact assessments.
• Assist with long-term capital expenditure planning and project evaluation.
• Support insurance renewals, coverage analysis, and coordination with insurance brokers.
• Assist with property tax appeal analysis, valuation review, and preparation of supporting documentation.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related field

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate, investment analysis, finance, consulting, or asset management

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial analysis
• Ability to analyze large datasets and synthesize key insights
• Familiarity with real estate financial metrics (NOI, cap rate, IRR, cash flow) preferred
• Experience with RealPage, Yardi, or similar property management systems is a plus

• To earn up to 48 hours of sick time per year accrued on a per pay period basis and between 80 hours and 200 hours per year of vacation time after a 90 day waiting period depending on years of continuous service with the Company. 
• For 8 hours of pay for each of a total of 6 paid scheduled holidays per year plus 1 floating holiday.  If such an Associate does work on a scheduled holiday due to business need, they are eligible for Holiday Premium Pay. 

Associates considered full-time salaried are entitled to paid time away with no specified limit as needed for sick, vacation, bereavement, jury duty, holidays, floating holiday, etc. subject to manager approval.

Under general supervision, the State Inspection Technician performs State vehicle safety inspections tests per state and/or federal regulations.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform state inspections using appropriate equipment and adhering to prescribed rules, standards and procedures
• Ensure that all vehicles meet CarMax Final Quality Standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service at all times.
• Maintain, repair, and clean special equipment

Job Specifications:

• Read, interpret and transcribe data in order to maintain accurate records.
• 2 Year automotive trade school degree or has minimum 2 years automotive experience
• Requires appropriate state inspection certification
• Work with and through associates of other departments within the store.
• Perform additional duties in a high-energy, fast-paced working environment as requested by supervisor
• Possess above attention to detail and demonstrate manual dexterity in both arms and hands
• Speak and listen to customers, associates and managers in person, on the phone, and/or on the radio.
• Lift objects that weigh as much as 50 lbs.
• Comply with CarMax, O.S.H.A., and EPA policies

Working Conditions:

• Combination of both indoor and outdoor environment; May include working at times in noisy and/or inclement weather conditions.
• May require walking or standing for an extended time.
