The Custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall condition of assigned buildings and surrounding areas. This role plays an essential part in creating a positive environment for students, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
* Keep interior and exterior areas of assigned buildings clean and orderly
* Maintain equipment in proper working condition
* Monitor and manage inventory of supplies and equipment
* Perform minor repairs to equipment, furniture, and facility items
* Report security concerns, safety issues, and damages
* Set up and clean up for school events and activities
* Attend workshops and trainings as assigned
* Perform additional duties as directed
