POSITION OVERVIEW
The Customer Experience Associate plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents. Relationship Building with Prospects

Data Management

- Prepare and present regular reports on resident satisfaction, leasing performance, and operational key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership.
Collaboration with Central Property Operations
- Resident Screening: Partner with the Resident Screening team to ensure applications are processed quickly and accurately, while preparing residents and units for a smooth handoff back to the site for move-in execution after screening and lease completion.
- Resident Services (Renewals & Billbacks): Collaborate with Resident Services to ensure timely renewal pricing is available and communicated, and that move-out damages are documented and submitted promptly to support accurate billbacks.
- Accounts Receivable (AR): Work alongside the AR team by providing on-the-ground resident context, assisting with delivery of hard notices when needed, and supporting collection efforts through direct resident communication.
Day-to-Day Tasks
- Assist in handling various administrative tasks, including preparing leasing documents, updating resident records, and managing correspondence.
- Support community events or initiatives aimed at enhancing resident experience.

Position Overview
The Assistant Superintendent supports the Lead Superintendent in managing day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects. This position helps coordinate subcontractors, maintain project schedules, ensure job site safety, and uphold quality standards.
This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow into a Superintendent position while gaining hands-on experience managing complex commercial projects in Colorado.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Superintendent with daily job site supervision and coordination of subcontractors
- Support project scheduling, trade sequencing, and workflow planning
- Monitor field activities to ensure work is performed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards
- Help maintain compliance with OSHA and Colorado jobsite safety regulations
- Prepare daily field reports, site documentation, and progress updates
- Assist with site logistics, material deliveries, and staging
- Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions
- Help manage punch lists and project closeout
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in commercial construction management
- Experience with ground-up or major renovation projects
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Understanding of construction sequencing and subcontractor coordination
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards
- Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or PlanGrid preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varied Colorado weather conditions and elevations
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Equivalent field experience will be considered

Signify Health, part of CVS Health , is seeking a Part Time Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide In-Home Health Evaluations, engaging with people in the comfort of their own homes and helping bridge gaps in care.
You'll play a critical role in building trusted relationships to make people healthier, helping bring flexible, comprehensive and personalized health evaluations right to people's front doors.
Job highlights
The visit, which lasts about 45 minutes, allows for time to connect one-on-one and answer health questions. It includes a medication and medical history review, a physical evaluation, and, if ordered by the person's health plan, additional diagnostic tests (i.e., diabetic eye exams, spirometry, etc.). You'll use an iPad and an intuitive clinical workflow for each evaluation and are not required to prescribe medicine, order lab tests or alter people's current treatment regimen.
In this role, you will:

Be part of our efforts to visit millions of people nationwide with the goal of providing connections to the right care for people's unique needs
Work with Signify Health as a clinician colleague, fulfilling the requirements of the specified role
Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed
Conduct virtual visits as needed
Provide all Signify Health services as indicated including Diagnostic & Preventive Services products (i.e., spirometry, DEE, bone density screening, etc.)

These environments are diverse and may present a variety of conditions. This pay range represents the base pay for each In-Home Health Evaluation (and associated visit) completed by a physician. The number of In-Home Health Evaluations (and associated visits) completed per day may vary. Pay is dependent on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant criteria. This position is eligible for other reimbursement opportunities, including pay per completed Diagnostic and Preventative Services (DPS), as ordered, in addition to the base pay listed above. The typical pay range for this role is:

Principal Accountabilities
- This role involves physical activity in a food processing environment, which generally requires a moderate amount of exertion on a fairly regular basis-involving bending, stooping, squatting, twisting, reaching, working on irregular surfaces, occasional lifting of objects weighing more than 50 pounds and frequent lifting of 10-25 pounds. Walking or standing for extended periods of time will be required as well as the occasional use of stairs and/or ladders
- The work may also involve other exertions, conditions or exposures (e.g. heat, cold, dust). This position is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions with slippery surfaces, moving mechanical parts and fast paced warm/cool environments. Personal protective equipment use is required in all areas of the facility
- Execution of automation solutions used for controlling plant process. Will involve design and configuration of control systems and oversight of electrical and instrumentation functions related to projects. Will be required to obtain knowledge of plant processes
- Design and Implement control strategies based on current best practice standards and approved components
- Work with fix/support team to identify areas in need of improvement and reliability. Provide training for completed projects
- This position requires availability for a 6 day work week
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need of a Visa sponsorship
