We are seeking an experienced Electronics Supervisor to lead the electrical operations of a high-volume rod mill. This role is responsible for overseeing the electrical department, troubleshooting complex industrial systems, and ensuring reliable equipment performance to support safe, efficient steel production.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the electrical team and oversee day-to-day electrical operations within the rod mill
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving PLCs, drives, motors, sensors, and other industrial electrical equipment

• Provide leadership, training, and coaching to electrical technicians and apprentices
