Be the Best Hospice Admissions RN You Can Be
If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state(s) of practice, with an associate degree preferred and CPR certification recommended (required for direct patient care in Georgia). Must meet state-specific regulatory requirements.
- Previous nursing experience in hospice, home health, general medical-surgical, or population-specific care (e.g., pediatrics, geriatrics) is required, along with willingness to serve on-call.
- Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and the minimum required liability auto insurance.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and EMR systems. Must be able to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Physically able to lift patients over 200 pounds (with assistance), stand, walk, sit, stoop, and perform other physical movements frequently. Regular exposure to indoor environments and moderate noise expected.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to develop and adjust individualized plans of care
- Coordinate and communicate care needs with internal and external partners, ensuring timely updates, interventions, and resource utilization
- Provide patient and caregiver education, document care accurately, and maintain up-to-date clinical records that reflect current status and progress
- Participate in on-call rotations, admissions, and interdisciplinary meetings; manage care and scheduling using the Case Management model when serving as Care Manager
- Supervise and support other clinical staff as applicable; engage in ongoing education, special projects, and duties within scope of licensure

Work directly with local vendors for outside processing and ensure quality and delivery expectations are met.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in a CNC machining or complex precision manufacturing environment; airfoil experience required.
Proficiency with MasterCam or Siemens NX for programming and process development.
Strong understanding of GD&T, technical drawings, and machining principles.
Experience in quoting, estimating, and process planning for precision-machined parts.
Familiarity with CAD software such as AutoCAD or CadKey.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Summary
The CT Technologist performs diagnostic and therapeutic CT procedures according to established protocols to assist the referring physician in diagnosis and treatment. Performs computed tomography (CT) procedures by selecting correct exposure factors, algorithms and scan fields while utilizing the assessment of patient age and diagnosis to produce technically accurate cross sectional images to assist the radiologist in diagnosis and treatment. Participates in complex invasive CT examinations by assisting the Radiologist or Physician's Assistant using proper sterile technique and producing CT images.
Qualifications
Education:
- Graduate from an accredited Radiography program
- Licensure, Certification, Registration
- Connecticut state Radiographer license required.
- CT Advanced certification by ARRT within 12 months of hire required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
Experience:
- At least one (1) year experience as a CT Technologist preferred.
- 6 months experience in Radiology hospital setting preferred.
- Working knowledge of CT Technology and venipuncture.
