Transdev in Everett, WA is hiring an Operations Supervisor to oversee road service through communication with Operators, the general public and provide customer support for clients. We are seeking friendly, customer service-oriented people who are dedicated to safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepares and assists with operation reports, audits, schedules and data analysis. Maintains daily records of operations.
- Research and respond to customer compliments and complaints.
- Serve as project manager for selected internal projects and upgrades
- Counsels, coaches, and trains drivers and dispatchers. Tracks trip performance measures, route begin on time, performance, incidents, etc.
- Ensure that drivers are performing assigned duties correctly and safely and that they meet all job-related specifications.
- Other responsibilities may include road checks, routing, training, payroll, and other administrative tasks as required.
- May assist in driver hiring in accordance with company standards.
- Reports directly to Operations Manager.
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- 1-3 years of transit or related experience. Paratransit experience or knowledge highly beneficial
- 2-3 years driving experience preferred.
- Supervisory experience is strongly desired.
- Problem solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to verbally communicate with passengers, Drivers, Dispatchers and Road Supervisors including use of a 2-way radio and PA system effectively.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
- Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason
Physical Requirements:
The essential functions of this position require the ability to:

The Boeing Company is looking for a Principal Flight Icing Specialist to join the Sustainable Flight Demonstrator Technology Team in Everett, WA, or Huntington Beach. Depending on experience remote work is an option.
We are seeking an experienced aerospace research leader to direct and grow multidisciplinary research focused on flight-in icing prediction capabilities for aircraft and propulsion systems. The successful candidate will combine deep technical expertise in aerodynamic icing analysis and testing with demonstrated leadership as a principal investigator and program manager to execute research projects, develop strategic technology roadmaps, and maintain strong partnerships with government, industry, regulators, and academia.
Position Responsibilities
Provide technical and strategic leadership for a research portfolio addressing aircraft and engine icing hazards.
Serve as Principal Investigator or technical lead for developing enhanced analytic and testing methods for ice crystals and ice shape prediction.
Supports wind tunnel testing, ground testing and flight testing at local and remote facilities.
Mentor early and mid-career engineers in a multidisciplinary team to develop a talent pipeline.
Define and implement long‑range research priorities informed by stakeholder needs.
Develop and manage program budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation plans.
Oversee and participate in development, validation, and dissemination of icing analysis tools and models for enterprise use.
Lead coordination with government agencies, regulators, suppliers, and academic partners to align technology development outcomes with design and certification needs.
Represent the organization in professional societies (e.g., AIAA, SAE) and standards committees; serve as a trusted external point of contact for icing research topics.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience)
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
10+ years of progressively responsible research and technical leadership experience in aircraft icing, propulsion system icing, or closely related aeronautics disciplines.
Fundamental understanding of convective heat and mass transfer and compressible flow physics.
Demonstrated experience as a Principal Investigator (PI) for large‑scale research campaigns or program lead of multi-disciplinary teams.
Strong background in experimental and analytic methods.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Aerodynamics Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience working with federal research organizations (e.g., NASA) or national laboratories or equivalent industry R&D leadership.
Familiarity with icing certification guidance, regulatory processes, and interaction with FAA/EASA.
Flight experience or operational knowledge of icing flight research.
Successful record of securing and managing collaborative research awards or interagency partnerships.
Experience with Icing analysis tools, including LEWICE, GlennICE, or FENSAP-ICE.

The Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Environmental Control Systems (ECS) Multiprogram Engineering organization is seeking a firstline manager to lead the Thermal and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) team in Everett, WA .
Position Overview:
This is a hands-on technical leadership and program management role responsible for delivering detailed thermal and airflow analyses across Boeing commercial and military derivative airplane programs. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of analysts and engineers to produce highquality, timely results that support design trade studies, certification, supplier engagement, and inservice troubleshooting.
This role blends people leadership, technical mentorship, and program execution. You will champion technical excellence, foster a collaborative culture, and partner with systems, structures, interiors, and the technical fellowship to support our biggest projects in BCA as well as grow tools and capabilities for the future.
Key Position Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop the Thermal & CFD team: set priorities, establish clear expectations, conduct performance feedback, and grow technical depth across roles (lead, analysts, TLE, BDE).
Plan and manage the team Statement of Work (SOW): prioritize requests, track progress to plan, and balance capacity across concurrent commercial and military derivative programs.
Deliver technical results: ensure CFD and thermal analysis artifacts (models, scripts, reports, and presentations) meet accuracy, traceability, and documentation standards.
Represent ECS in program reviews, supplier meetings, and customer discussions: prepare and present technical briefings, decision materials, and status updates to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Coordinate multidisciplinary execution: interface with systems, structures, interiors, electrical, and manufacturing teams to align analyses with program needs and certification requirements.
Advocate for safety and quality: identify and communicate risks, propose mitigation plans, and ensure outputs support certification and operational safety cases.
Resource, budget, and computing stewardship: lead staffing plans, forecast resourcing, and manage budget; coordinate with IT for HPC access, licenses, and data storage required to complete the SOW.
