POSITION SUMMARY:

Position DescriptionUnder general direction, the Visual Communications Assistant assists the Center Manager/Franchise Partner in the administration of daily center operations.
Responsibilities- Answer the phone and direct callers to the appropriate individual.

What You’ll Do
- Own and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Lead quality control processes, testing protocols, audits, and CAPA activities
