Role Description

Cain & Kiel Law is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Paralegal for a full-time, on-site position in Cleburne, TX. The Paralegal will assist attorneys by performing various legal tasks, including preparing and reviewing legal documents for estate planning and probate clients, managing case files, and maintaining communication with clients.

Qualifications

• Experience with document preparation.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, attorneys, and team members.
• Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple case files and deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency with efile and other filing systems.
• Associate degree in paralegal studies or equivalent certification; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is advantageous.
• Experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is preferred.
