General Summary:

This position holds direct responsibility for the financial operations and proper application of accounting principles, practices, and procedures for all financial activities of the market operations. GENERAL SUMMARY:

Function as a Cashier and/or Stocker and act in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Assist in setting and maintaining plan-o-grams and programs. Job Description

• Research, analyze, and interpret statutes, rules, regulations, and court decisions
• Assist with document review and case analysis
• Draft and respond to written discovery
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Write motions and briefs
• Monitor case files and help ensure deadlines are met
• Support litigation matters involving medical negligence, employment discrimination, and general tort liability

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Bar license
• 2+ years of litigation experience preferred
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Deposition experience preferred
