Neuroradiology, comprises highly trained Radiologists, Radiologic Technologists and Registered Nurses who work as a team to perform complex procedures such as cerebral angiography, myelography, stent placements and aneurysm coilings and embolizations. The Radiology Department at the Washington University Medical Center is regarded as one of the top five in the United States. - Stand/Walk most of the time on duty; significant amount of bending and stooping, as well as lifting and turning patients with assistance; push/pull/grip up to 50 pounds

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
Licensure: Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the applicable state of practice required.
Experience: Two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse required for this position. New Graduate RNs are not eligible.
Certifications: BLS certified
Other: Completes Hospital and nursing competency within 3 months of employment and annually, submits to Nurse Manager/Education Coordinator.
Preferred Education: BSN
Preferred Licensure:
Preferred Experience: Two (2) years of OR experience. Ortho and Neuro experience preferred.
Preferred Certifications: ACLS
