Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Security & Loss Prevention Specialist to help protect company assets, maintain facility security, and support safe daily operations. This role works closely with operations and leadership teams to minimize loss related to theft, vandalism, and security violations.

The ideal candidate is observant, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with third-party security personnel and vendors
• Monitor personnel and visitor access points
• Complete daily security checklists and incident reports
• Communicate visitor guidelines, waivers, and facility policies
• Conduct routine security walk-throughs of the facility
• Verify dock doors and access points are secured at the end of shifts
• Perform spot checks on containers and outbound materials when required
• Monitor work areas for unauthorized materials or restricted devices
• Inspect outbound packages for proper labels and accuracy
• Report security concerns or policy violations to management
• Ensure visitors sign in and wear assigned badges
• Monitor surveillance cameras and report equipment issues
• Monitor docks, emergency exits, and restricted areas for unauthorized access
• Maintain required security records and documentation
• Help ensure protection of sensitive customer or company information
• Assist operations team as needed
• Support safety, compliance, and continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1–3 years of related experience in security, loss prevention, or warehouse operations preferred

**Scheduler role, looking for P6 experience**

**Full time, hybrid, 3 days/week in office**

Required

• Graduation from a four-year college or university - business, finance, project management, engineering, technical, or equivalent
• Minimum of 7 years of project controls scheduling experience using primavera (P6)
• Minimum of 11 years of project controls scheduling experience using primavera (P6) in lieu of a degree
• Expert in project controls principles
• Expertise / Mastery with project management / project controls concepts / computer applications / analytics; employee development; strong collaborative team member; oversight.

Senior Project Controls Specialist Description

• Lead the development of the reporting systems for project controls assignments
• Perform complex aspects of individual scheduling, change documentation and cost control while reporting up to program or portfolio level as well as trains and teaches other members of PC organization with minimal oversight and wide latitude for unreviewed work
• Expected to have advanced skills using primavera (p6) and have the ability to work independently
• Assigned to high volume of White projects and above classified per the Project Management Center of Excellence Project Profile Matrix which typically range from $100M to greater than $500M with a high level of complexity
• Must have experience leading schedule review meetings and work with the project team to obtain information to build / update the project schedule
• May have interactions with individuals of varying levels of maturity in various organizations. Project teams of external Suppliers/Vendors

Position Purpose:

The CDL Driver & Crane Operator at SRS Building Products ensures safe, efficient transport and delivery of building materials to job sites. Responsibilities include operating trucks, cranes, and forklifts; performing DOT-compliant inspections; coordinating with rooftop loaders; and maintaining accurate documentation. The role also involves customer interaction and warehouse support to uphold service and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely deliver building materials within a 200-mile radius, following DOT regulations and company policies.

• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections, operate cranes and forklifts, and coordinate with rooftop loaders to ensure accurate, damage-free deliveries.

• Verify inventory, document deliveries with photos, and assess job sites for safety risks.

• Provide excellent on-site customer service and support warehouse and yard maintenance.

Direct Manager Direct Reports:

Reports directly to the Assistant Branch Manager or Operations Manager.

Travel Requirements:

This role requires frequent travel within a 200-mile radius for material deliveries, with all trips starting and ending at the home branchensuring drivers return home daily with no overnight stays.

Physical Requirements:

• This physically demanding role requires regularly lifting up to 100 pounds and working outdoors in varying weather.

• Candidates must safely operate commercial vehicles and cranes, navigate ladders and confined spaces, and tolerate high noise levels.

• Routine tasks include driving, material handling, and adhering to all safety regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid CDL drivers license with air brakes endorsement

• Proficiency in performing routine maintenance and safety checks

• Knowledge of basic mechanical systems

• Experience operating conveyor belts, knuckle booms, or crane-equipped trucks

• Forklift operation experience; certification preferred

• Knowledge of DOT regulations and OSHA safety standards

• Proficient in English (reading, writing, and verbal communication)

• Skilled in pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections

• Capable of conducting job site inspections and reporting conditions

• Strong adherence to safety protocols

• Clean driving record (no hit-and-run, DWI, or DUI in the past 36 months)

• Must pass background check and drug screening
