The base salary for this position is $75,000. Employees in this position are also eligible for commissions, provided the employee meets the requirements of the applicable commission plan. Annual commission payments range from nothing to upwards of $25,000+, with most employees working a full year in the position typically earning between $5,000 to $10,000 in commissions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for their assigned area to ensure there are no immediate or potential plant problems that threaten safety or production.

• Ensures work requests are issued for items to be worked on.
