Role Overview
The Surveillance Operator is a desk-based, onsite security monitoring role responsible for reviewing live video feeds, identifying potential threats, and taking immediate action such as issuing real-time audio warnings or contacting law enforcement/property representatives.
Operators monitor multiple sites nationwide using proprietary Blue Eye software and work in a fast-paced, multi-screen environment.
This role is not related to casino surveillance and is not located on the Las Vegas Strip.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor multiple live video surveillance feeds to identify suspicious or unsafe activity
- Deliver real-time audio warnings to individuals onsite when appropriate
- Escalate incidents to police departments, first responders, or site contacts as needed
- Write clear, accurate, and detailed incident notes and documentation
- Manage several computer screens, tabs, and applications simultaneously
- Maintain strong attendance, punctuality, and consistent focus throughout the shift
- Escalate technical issues to IT; no troubleshooting knowledge required
Required Qualifications
- Ability to speak, read, and write English clearly
- Comfortable speaking with law enforcement and property managers
- Proficient computer skills, including navigating multiple monitors and tabs
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
- Ability to sit and focus for long periods
- Strong attention to detail in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- All new hires must cover weekends.
Preferred Backgrounds (Nice-to-Haves)
- Video gaming experience (fast reaction speed, multi-screen familiarity)
- Call center or dispatch-style experience
- Previous loss prevention or surveillance experience
- Experience in fast-paced desk environments

This role involves overseeing pool and spa maintenance operations and/or providing expert repair services. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, hands-on experience with equipment repair, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Duties
* Perform comprehensive pool cleaning, water testing, chemical balancing, and routine maintenance tasks
* Diagnose and repair equipment issues involving pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, and other pool/spa components
* Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively when needed,
* Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and inventory logs for all maintenance activities
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all service operations

DUTIES, SCOPE OF WORK, AND/OR MILESTONES: This position will function as the architect in a modernization project to move the existing CC-IJIS environment from BizTalk into Microsoft Azure.
In addition to expertise in existing CC-IJIS BizTalk tools, extensive knowledge of the existing CC-IJIS environment is necessary to ensure migration and reproduction of all functionalities.
Specifically, this position will assist in designing a new CC-IJIS environment in the Azure Government Cloud replacing all existing functionalities, assist in migrating data exchange from BizTalk into the Azure environment, develop monitoring tools for data exchange, and train county staff to appropriately support the developed solution.
MILESTONE DELIVERABLES: Direct/assist in designing/redesigning an existing, secure-access web application to include additional user functionality per project requirements.
Plan and develop test data for validation with each release.
Create and deliver appropriate technical documentation to project needs throughout development process.
Work with partner agencies to identify and design new integration workflows.
Work with functional and technical staff to gather documentation related to current system architecture and application requirements by July 1, 2026.
Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the project by actively participating as a member of the team in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings.
