As the Senior HR Generalist-Labor Relations, you will partner closely with operations and HR leaders to provide support for all HR-related disciplines, including labor relations, recruiting, training, and employee relations initiatives.   • Support and guide leaders and employees on moderately complex employee relations issues, including coaching, counseling, discipline, workplace concerns, and separations. Partner with HR leaders in the resolution of complex employee relations issues.
  • Conduct thorough, objective investigations. Ensure all documentation, records, and follow-up actions meet organizational, legal, and contractual requirements.
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and programs align with contractual obligations and labor relations expectations. Participate in grievance and arbitration processes.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, including processes related to attendance, scheduling, and shift bidding, in collaboration with leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Administer HR programs and systems, including HRIS functions, reporting, payroll support, and confidential data management.
  • Support talent acquisition activities. Collaborate with hiring managers in job posting, applicant tracking, and interviewing, in collaboration with corporate recruiting team.
  • Lead employee engagement and feedback initiatives across venues and provide an active HR presence to support company culture and workforce needs.
  • Lead exit interview process. Identify relevant trends and report to department leaders.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Maintain required postings. Respond to inquiries from agencies such as EEOC, EDD, and OSHA.

Education

Experience

The Operations Manager, Event Pop-Ups plays a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of large-scale events through expert staffing, onboarding, logistics, and operational management. Responsibilities

As an Aviation Electronics Technician (AT), you'll maintain, troubleshoot, repair and test complex electronic systems related to aviation on tactical jets, fixed wing aircraft or rotary winged helicopter systems. In this role, you can expect to work with systems including digital computers, fiber optics, infrared detection, radar, laser electronics, navigation, pressure indication, and electrical power generation and distribution. Additional responsibilities may include:

  • Installing modifications to aircraft electronic systems
  • Performing micro-miniature module repair on computer circuit cards
  • Performing electrical diagnostics
  • Reading electrical system diagrams
  • Repairing and maintaining power generators and electric motors
  • Performing scheduled maintenance and corrosion control


Work Environment

Sailors in this career field will perform duties at sea and ashore around the world. ATs can expect to work indoors and outdoors in land-based aircraft squadrons and aboard aircraft carriers. You may work in a shop environment, clean lab, airplane hangar or office environment.

Training & Advancement

Upon completion of initial training at Recruit Training Command Great Lakes(known as Boot Camp), you'll report for specialized training, including:

Part-Time Opportunities

Serving part-time as a Navy Reserve Sailor, your duties will be carried out during your scheduled drilling and training periods. During monthly drilling, Aviation Electronics Technicians in the Navy Reserve typically work at a location close to their homes.

For annual training, you may serve anywhere in the world, including locations in the U.S., at bases overseas, or in areas where humanitarian needs are great.
