Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • Active New York State law license
  • 4–8 years of divorce and family law litigation experience (3–4+ minimum)
  • Demonstrated experience handling contested matters from intake through resolution
  • Strong courtroom presence with motion practice, hearings, and depositions
  • Applies disciplined, cost-benefit judgment — does not escalate conflict unnecessarily
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable working within structured systems and KPIs
  • Emotionally mature and professional under pressure; able to de-escalate high-conflict situations
