As a Resort Services Supervisor, you will:
- Notify telephone company of switchboard operational difficulties reported by operators.
- Maintain record of incoming and outgoing long distance and tie line calls, noting duration and time of calls.
- Compile a phone directory, arrange for distribution to designated personnel and keep record of directories distributed.
- Assign switchboard positions.
- Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow.
- Issue written and oral instructions.
- Assign duties and examine work for exactness, neatness, and compliance to policies and procedures.
- Study and standardize procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates.
- Maintain harmony among workers and resolves grievances.
- Prepare composite reports from individual reports of subordinates.
- Adjust errors and manage complaints.
- Train new team members and keep attendance records.
- Ensure faxes and mail is distributed and handled correctly.
- Conduct a daily audit and trace any questionable phone problems.

Requirements
- 1 year previous supervisory experience in call-center environment required.
- Must be able to work second shift, weekends and holidays.

GS-11: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, with the authority granted by the state or government to enforce laws, make arrests, and investigate crimes, performing primary duties in an official law enforcement capacity such as: Utilizing intelligence information to track illegal operations, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or contraband while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
Leading investigations of fraud, contraband, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or illegal operations to determine sources and patterns while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
Apprehending violators of state, federal, or immigration laws by utilizing various forms of complex technology that include surveillance, detection, situation awareness systems, and/or communications equipment.
