Main Responsibilities
Project Planning and Scheduling:
o Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and schedules.
o Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure alignment with project objectives and deadlines.
Resource Management:
o Allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project activities.
o Monitor resource utilization and identify any potential bottlenecks or constraints.
Documentation and Reporting:
o Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
o Prepare regular status updates and reports for project stakeholders.
Communication and Coordination:
o Serve as a central point of contact for project-related inquiries and communications.
o Facilitate communication between project team members, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Quality Assurance:
o Ensure adherence to project quality standards and requirements.
o Conduct quality reviews and inspections to verify compliance with project specifications.
Change Management:
o Manage change requests and modifications to project scope, schedule, or resources.
o Assess the impact of proposed changes and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
o Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project management, or related field.
o Proven experience in project coordination or management within the engineering industry.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
o Excellent organizational and time management skills.
o Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
o Proficiency in project management software.
o Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATOR
SUMMARY: The Construction Administrator provides essential administrative, project and business support throughout all phases of construction. Working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors, this role ensures effective document management, communication, and compliance tracking.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist Project Managers with assembling and processing contracts, change orders, submittals, RFI's, shop drawings, reports, QAQC and safety documentation.
- Prepare and process project documents and requests for new and existing projects throughout the project's life cycle.
- Support subcontractor and vendor communication.
- Assist in the preparation and receipt of bid packages with the subcontractor & vendor community.
- Assist with accurate record keeping and electronic file storage of the design teams documents.
- Collect, prepare, and update operational and maintenance manuals, testing, and quality control reporting.
- Assist with record keeping of internal certifications and training.
- Assist with project site mobilization, including but not limited to commodity rental, setting up internet access, and tracking of project equipment. (Hotspots, dumpster/office trailer/fuel cell/ etc.) Management of Verizon account.
- Manage tasks professionally while collaborating with skilled team members to effectively assist with document organization, time management, and support services.
- Train and support team members in using Procore effectively.
- Provide administrative support to project managers, superintendents, and executives.
- Assist with subcontractor and owner billing, including but not limited to invoices, lien waivers and compliance records, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Assist in project setup, gathering and tracking contract documents, setting up subcontractors, and tracking insurance requirements and compliance for subcontractors and vendors.
- Coordinate project closeout activities, ensuring all necessary documents are collected and organized.
- Facilitate project meetings, including preparing materials, taking meeting minutes, and tracking action items.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EDUCATION:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (specifically Excel), and Procore.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years of construction administration experience.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Clean, safe office environment
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Regularly required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods during the day.

In April of 2018, we opened the state-of-the-art David H. Koch Ambulatory Surgery Center that has become the focal point of ambulatory surgery at New York-Presbyterian Hospital. In 2020, we expanded the DHK Ambulatory Center to house the Steven & Alexandra Cohen Women’s Hospital. About BioLife Plasma Services
Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. Here, a commitment to customer service and quality is expected. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will perform as a Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) to support plasma center operations.
BioLife Plasma Services is a subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd.
Position will be based out of our brand new plasma donation facility in the opening October 2025!
About the role:
Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. Here, a commitment to customer service and quality is expected. You will determine donor eligibility to donate plasma, management of donor adverse events, review of laboratory test results, and donor notification of unsuitable test results. The Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) works under the guidance of the Center Manager (or Assistant Manager as applicable) for operational guidance and under the management of the Center Physician for medical issues. The Medical Support Specialist will be familiar with regulations of the plasma collection industry or a manufacturing environment. The Medical Support Specialist follows guidance provided by BioLife Medical Affairs and provides center level support of environmental, health and safety (EHS).
How you will contribute
You will determine donor eligibility; to include, proper management of informed consent, AIDS education and confidential self-exclusion, medical history interview and acceptance requirements, physical examination, blood testing, and reviewing Serological Protein Electrophoresis (SPE).
You will evaluate donor reaction(s), which occurs at the facility as outlined in the SOPs. Follow applicable SOPs for medical emergencies including the development of Center Physician's standing orders and donor transport to emergency care facilities.
You will refer to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs (as applicable) when in need of providing unacceptable findings to donors, or guidance concerning medical or technical issues, including donor safety and eligibility.
You will support the Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees as applicable.
You will manage employee incidents and determine whether further evaluation is required by occupational health/ER. Refer to EHS guidance regarding employee incidents.
You can be a Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS and support investigations associated with pandemic threats within the local community as indicated by EHS or Medical Affairs.
What you bring to Takeda:
High school diploma or equivalent to including graduate equivalent of a recognized educational nursing program with state requirements
Currently licensed or certified in the state where responsibilities will be assigned: Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification
Fulfill state requirements (in state of licensure) for basic IV therapy
Satisfactorily complete the FDA approved training requirements for BioLife Medical Support Specialist
Two years in a clinical or hospital setting

Annual base salary for newly appointed BPAs varies per grade, as follows: GL-5/GL-7 $51,632 - $92,219 per year. Duties and Responsibilities

Typical assignments include:
* Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and custom laws and inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations
* Preventing and apprehending undocumented noncitizens and smugglers of noncitizens at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions to include using infrared scopes during night operations
* Interpreting and following tracks, marks, and other physical evidence of illegal entry of persons or contraband
* Performing farm checks, building checks, traffic checks, city patrols, and transportation checks
* Patrolling the international boundary and coastal waterways using a variety of government assets such as vehicles, horses, vessels, watercraft, off-road vehicles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and motorcycles for the accomplishment of the USBP Mission.
Qualifications
You qualify for the GL-5 grade level if you possess one of the following:
Experience: One (1) year of general work experience that demonstrates the ability to take charge, make sound decisions, and maintain composure in stressful situations; to learn regulations, methods, and techniques through classroom training and/or on-the-job instruction; and the ability to gather concise information through questioning, observation, and examination of documents and records; OR
Education Substitution: A bachelor's degree or successful completion of a full four-year course of study in any field leading to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; OR
Combination of Experience and Education: A combination of general work experience AND successfully completed college education. This will be calculated using your resume and official or unofficial transcripts submitted with your application.
You qualify for the GL-7 grade level if you possess one of the following:
Experience: One year of specialized work experience that shows you have the skills necessary to:
* Make sound judgments and decisions in the use of firearms.
* Deal effectively with people in a courteous and tactful manner in connection with law enforcement matters.
* Analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions where you will be expected to make arrests after the completion of required training and apply these skills in a law enforcement capacity such as criminal code enforcement, determining violations of laws, correctional or rehabilitation work involving criminal offenders, security, military, etc.
The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Make arrests and exercise sound judgment in the use of firearms; deal effectively with people in a courteous manner in connection with law enforcement matters; analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions; or develop and maintain contact with a network of informants.
Education Substitution for the GL-7 grade level: A bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement, which is based on (1) class standing, (2) grade-point average (i.e., GPA of 3.0 or higher out of a possible 4.0), or (3) honor society membership. Or will receive a bachelor's degree with Superior Academic Achievement. Or one full year of graduate-level education in a field of study related to law enforcement (e.g., criminal justice, homeland security, justice studies, law enforcement, courts and judicial systems, forensic technology, forensic psychology, or corrections and rehabilitation) from an accredited college or university; OR
A Combination of Experience and Education: This will be calculated using your resume and official or unofficial transcripts submitted with your application.

Other Requirements
Citizenship : You must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for this position.
Residency : You must have had primary U.S. residency (includes protectorates as declared under international law) for at least three of the last five years.
Age Restriction : In accordance with Public Law 100-238, this position is covered under law enforcement retirement provisions. Candidates must be referred for selection to the Border Patrol Agent position before reaching their 40th birthday in accordance with Department of Homeland Security Directive 251-03. The age restriction may not apply if you are currently serving or have previously served in a federal civilian law enforcement (non-military) position covered by Title 5 U.S.C. 8336(c) or Title 5 U.S.C. 8412(d).
Veterans' Preference : You may also be eligible for an excepted service Veterans Recruitment Appointment (VRA). The age restriction does not apply if you are Veterans' Preference eligible.
Formal Training : After you are hired, you will be detailed to the U.S. Border Patrol Academy in Artesia, New Mexico, for approximately six (6) months of intensive instruction in immigration and nationality laws, law enforcement and USBP-specific operations, driver training, physical techniques, firearms, and other courses. Border Patrol work requires the ability to speak and read Spanish, as well as English. Border Patrol Agents will be provided training to become proficient with the Spanish language at the Academy.

Telemetry Med-Surg – 2700
2700 is a telemetry medical-surgical unit. This is a 22-bed unit that cares for cardiac patients on telemetry monitoring. Diagnoses on this unit are primarily cardiac in nature, but the unit also cares for patients with a diverse variety of general medical illnesses. Because of this, our nurses develop a strong set of skills and knowledge that they can use to grow their careers throughout the acute care environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides high-quality, patient-centered clinical care
- Performs initial and ongoing assessment of the patient, utilizing appropriate data (i.e., physical, psychological, educational, and risk-screen data appropriate for the chronological/developmental age of the patient).
- Communicates and documents the assessment of the patient with the interdisciplinary team. Utilizes all available resources to meet the needs of the patient and family.
- Develops and documents plan of care, treatment, and services which is individualized and appropriate for the patient's needs, strengths, limitations, and goals.
- Complies with organizational policies, procedures, and protocols, including policies governing safety, medication administration, and documentation.
- Revises plan of care based on ongoing evaluations and updates documentation appropriately.
- Completes at least one clinical research utilization (CRU) form for submission to the Nursing Research Department utilizing a research article from the last 5 years from research performed in the United States. Compliance,
- Completes a minimum of 5 nationally approved contact hours (CNE or CEU) per year.

Work Environment
Navy Physicians work in a variety of settings, including military medical facilities, ships, and field hospitals, both domestically and internationally. As a Navy Physician, you can work at one of the highly acclaimed National Naval Medical Centers in Bethesda, MD; Portsmouth, VA; and San Diego, CA. You might even provide medical support to deployed troops aboard one of two dedicated hospital ships-the USNS Comfort and USNS Mercy. Still more opportunities are available aboard a surface ship, working closely with a nearby aircraft squadron, or with the Fleet Marine Force. Reserve Physicians primarily drill one weekend a month at a location near their home.
Training & Advancement
Upon graduation from medical school, those pursuing a Physician position are required to attend Officer Development School (ODS) in Newport, RI. ODS is a five-week program that provides a comprehensive and intense introduction to the responsibilities of Navy Staff Corps Officers. Here they learn about the military structure of the U.S. Navy, its rich history of traditions and customs, leadership development and military etiquette.
Once that training is complete, you will learn the ins and outs of life as a Navy Physician at your first assignment.
Promotion opportunities are regularly available but competitive and based on performance.

Specialized training received and work experience gained in the course of service can lead to valuable credentialing and occupational opportunities in related fields.
Education Opportunities
The Navy offers generous scholarships, financial assistance and continuing education programs, allowing you to finish your education with little or no debt.

Qualifications & Requirements
A degree from a four-year college or university is a minimum educational requirement to become a Commissioned Officer. You must also attend Officer Training. There may be exceptions to the degree requirements based on extensive service experience. Additional qualifications include:
* Be a U.S. citizen currently practicing in the U.S.
* Be a graduate of an eligible medical school accredited by the AMA or the AOA
* Have completed one year of graduate-level medical education in a program approved by the AMA or AOA (interns currently in training may also apply)

Part-Time Opportunities in the Navy Reserve Medical Corps

US Navy Reserve Medicine
Serving part-time as a Reservist, your duties will be conducted during your scheduled drilling and training periods. During monthly drilling, Physicians in the Reserve typically drill at a location close to their homes. This gives the flexibility to expand your medical experiences in the Navy without compromising your civilian practice at home.
Most of what you do in the Navy Reserve is considered training. The basic Navy Reserve commitment involves training a minimum of one weekend a month (referred to as drilling) and two weeks a year (referred to as Annual Training) - or the equivalent.
Furthermore, serving as a Reservist physician allows for unique and exciting experiences beyond patient care. Career-long learning in areas within and beyond medicine is both the goal and expectation. You will have the opportunity to shape policy, teach, lead and mentor young men and women, and, if you choose to do so, potentially fly with aviators, sail on ships, dive with the submariners, and/or serve alongside Marines and special operators.
Pulmonary and Critical Care physicians serve essential roles as critical wartime specialists in the military healthcare system. Their efforts in our nation's conflicts have contributed to innovations and advancements in medical care because of their unique qualifications and training, military experiences and/or by their proximity to armed conflicts. These efforts have contributed to unprecedented survival rates in the recent Afghanistan and Persian Gulf conflicts. Pulmonologists and Intensivists also worked on the front lines of the Department of War's COVID-19 pandemic medical response.
For the required two week annual training, physicians may serve anywhere, whether at sea, in hospitals stateside, or in bases and camps in countries around the world.
