Who you are:

* Current California Certified Nursing Assistant Certification

Job Summary:

The Certified Nursing Assistant shall provide direct resident care under the supervision of a licensed nurse and maintain a clean, orderly, and safe environment for all residents, with emphasis on activities of daily living and restoration of a higher level of function.

Essential Job Duties:

* Assists residents in the activities of daily living including, but not limited to ambulation, bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, personal hygiene, and activities

* Promptly reports changes and any unusual occurrences regarding residents to Licensed Nurse

* Participates in admission, transfer, and discharge procedures

* Participates in care planning conferences on assigned residents as requested

* Assist in transporting residents to and from activities and programs.

* Accurately documents required data in a timely manner using appropriate forms.

* Responds to each resident's call light promptly.

* Follows established performance standards and performs duties according to facility policies and procedures.

* Identifies safety hazards and emergency situations and initiates appropriate action immediately

Rate of Pay:

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Additional pay differentials of $1.25 per hour for the PM shift and $1.50 per hour for the NOC shift

Propulsion Controls Engineering has an open position for a Welder Lead, with a minimum of six years marine and/or shipyard experience. PCE is a full service electro-mechanical repair and diesel repair contractor. PCE has garnered a wealth of extensive experience in successfully executing major system overhauls across numerous ports throughout the world on virtually every class of ship currently in operation.

Welder Lead Job Summary:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to setting up work sites for hot work, hot work chits, gas free certifications and fire watch coordination. Determines material requirements for repairs. Reads and works from basic work specifications and drawings. Manages welders and fitters to accomplish the scope of work provided, meet schedule deadlines, and comply with safety requirements. Inspects welder fit up prior to welding, documents fit up on the inspection log, coordinates NDT inspections with QA, accomplish 009-06 inspections, submits Inspection deficiency reports and conditions found reports. Obtain welding qualifications to include GTAW, FCAW, GMAW, SMAW, BRAZE, and LOKRING.

As the Corporate Tax Manager, you'll be a member of our corporate tax practice and work on business income tax planning, corporate compliance, and ASC 740 income tax accounting (either tax provision preparation or audit support) projects. The Corporate Tax Solutions Family generally has the primary tax relationship with the client, and you will help with the engagement management for multiple clients for your service line all with the resources, environment, and support to help you excel. You have the following technical skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Minimum four to seven years of progressive tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience
