This individual must be extremely organized, creative, and experienced as a project manager. Experience in hospitality and casinos is a major plus.
The ideal candidate will have direct experience in advertising, marketing strategy, creative development, project management, copywriting, asset management, strategic planning, and a track record of successful client relations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Strategically thinking and solving a wide range of clients' needs with the ability to ideate beyond the request

Requirements for this role are:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, digital marketing, and/or a similar role

- High level of customer service and attention-to-detail

Salary Range is dependent on experience: ~ $85-$100,000/yr.

Role Description
The Account Director (AD) is the main point of contact for our partners and owns and maintains all partner relationships at Kanahoma. They are responsible for driving partnership success and ensuring both the internal and partner teams are aligned and working towards shared outcomes. The AD helps drive partnership strategy and ensures projects meet partner expectations and are delivered on deadline. The AD leads all partner meetings and facilitates all presentations and ensures alignment and a shared understanding of partnership goals and objectives.

- Collaborate with the VP, Account Service to develop upsell strategies and proposals
- Meet or exceed quarterly and yearly upsell goals
- Maintain 90% retention rate across all current Kanahoma partners
- Work closely with the VP, Account Services and sales teams to support new business pitches
- Own the onboarding of new partners to ensure a smooth transition
- Support Account Aging Communication with Active partners
- Using insight provided by the VP Account Services, follow up on accounts receivable aging for assigned partners
- Communicate with partners to ensure timely payments and resolve billing issues
- Escalate outstanding aging issues to finance and leadership when necessary
- Collaborate with Agency Controller and Leadership on Financial Planning
- Maintain accurate invoicing records and ensure correct billing for all sold work
- As requested by the VP Account Services, Q/A finance tracker for assigned accounts
- Assist in forecasting and revenue planning in alignment with agency goals

- 5+ years of account management / supervision experience
- Education marketing experience a plus, ideally in the adult and online segment

Key Responsibilities
- Creating, implementing and measuring the success of the IEβIoT global integrated marketing strategy and activation that will achieve key business objectives and success metrics; including driving the crossβfunctional marketing team with 360 campaign execution and development of thought leadership topics
- Tight alignment with BU stakeholders on objectives and desired outcomes
- Drive the development of differentiated positioning and messaging content for Sales, PR, AR, executive presentations, conferences, customer programs, social media, web, traditional visual, written product and technology communication
- Manage development and inventory of contentβrich, high impact marketing assets ranging from industry thought leadership materials to technical product presentations and documentation
- Develop communications materials for the IEβIoT BU executives
- Oversee marketing budget management for business lines
- Communicating complex IEβIoT information and marketing strategy to multiple audiences including but not limited to OEM/ODM customers, enterprise and industrial organizations, tech companies, developers, channel partners, media and analysts, investors, and regulators
- Having a great degree of influence over key organizational decisions
- Working independently and with the collaboration of direct reports as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience.
- Associate's degree or equivalent and 11+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience.
- High school Diploma or equivalent and 13+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience.
- Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Masterβs = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years product marketing or related work experience
- 7+ years working in a large matrixed organization
- Experience in IoT, solutions, SaaS marketing
