The Role

We are hiring a high-performing Account Executive to drive new commercial business across Southern California.

This is a hunter role focused on:

• Prospecting and developing new B2B relationships

• Conducting site assessments

• Developing technical proposals

• Negotiating and closing projects ($50k–$500k+)

• Maintaining minimum 20% gross margin

• Driving recurring maintenance contracts

Year 1 revenue target: $1.2M+

Job Description

A global industrial engineering organization is seeking a Controls Design Engineer to join its team in San Diego. This role focuses on designing and modernizing control systems for turbine and driven‑equipment packages, including PLC/HMI software development and the creation or revision of electrical schematics.

Because this position is a sales role, the total first year compensation can vary between $55,000-$80,000 based on performance. The base salary range for this position is $55,000-$55,000 (excluding bonus earnings) which represents the low and high end of NCH Corporation's salary range for this position.
