Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the company owner and work side by side with other C-Level assistants. Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Schedule Management
- Proactively manage a high-volume Outlook calendar with multiple daily meetings, appointments, and deadlines
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, calls, and travel
- Send daily schedules and reminders; ensure Owner is prepared for all meetings
- Monitor and adjust schedules in real time as priorities change
Task Tracking & Follow-Up
- Maintain and manage high-volume action item lists
- Track commitments, deadlines, and approvals across business and project-related tasks
- Proactively follow up with internal teams and external partners to ensure completion
- Escalate urgent or overdue items as needed
Administrative & Documentation Support

Independent Executive Support

Required Qualifications
- 5 + Years Experience supporting senior executives or owners

The Company

Project Overview:
As part of the Hampton Roads Connector Partners (HRCP) Joint Venture (JV) consisting of VINCI Construction, Dragados, and Flatiron has been selected to construct the $3.3BN Design Build project – the largest civil construction contract ever awarded by the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT).
The project scope across a 9-mile section of the I-64 will include: a new 3.5-mile bridge-tunnel crossing that will accommodate a total of 8 lanes of capacity across the water, replacement of the existing marine approach bridges and the addition of a third lane on I-64 in each direction. The twin 45’ diameter 1.5-mile tunnels will be bored by TBM, creating the second largest TBM tunnel opening for a TBM in North America. The project is expected to continue to the beginning of 2027.
Responsibilities:
As the Tunnel Interior Structure Construction Manager for the $3.3BN Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel Expansion Project (HRBT) in Virginia, you will lead and carry out construction processes in accordance with the direction, policies, and objectives set by the Tunnel Construction Manager.
The primary responsibility of this position is to lead Superintendents in construction activities on the site – including planning, preparation, and execution. Secondary duties of this position are to assist the Tunnel Construction Manager in the completion of all construction activities of the affiliate.
- Planning Workload.

- Identifying potential schedule conflicts and generating and implementing needed modifications.
- Monitoring team performance and carrying out appraisals.

- Conduct and document quality assurance and safety inspections throughout the construction process, ensuring that the work environment is acceptable and that tools and equipment are in good working condition.

- Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction, repair, and maintenance of machinery and tools.
- Extensive experience in Road works in a tunnel
- Extensive experience in Tunnel structure construction

- Knowledge of company safety policies and procedures to comply with company, local, state, and/or federal laws.
- Proven knowledge in determining the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job.

Position: Drill Operator
Travel: Regional, primarily VA sites
Pay Range: $28.00/hr- $38.00/hr (Based on experience and certifications)
We are currently seeking a Drill Shaft Caisson Operator to join our Geotechnical Division. Reporting to direct field supervision, the Caisson Operator is responsible for safely setting and operating caisson drill rigs, as well as inspecting machinery and equipment. Other tasks may include working with auger cast drills, micropiles, carrying materials and heavy objects, properly setting up concrete operations, cleaning of job site, and other job site related functions. This position works along with the entire Project Team to support the completion of assigned construction tasks and ensures all plans move forward to meet projected deadlines. The Geotechnical group provides comprehensive services for projects requiring foundations and earth retention systems. Work is performed outdoors year round.
This is a safety sensitive position requiring work on construction sites with various safety hazards inherent in heavy construction.

If you build logic-driven CPM schedules (not just date updates) and you can communicate schedule risks clearly, we want to talk.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and maintain CPM schedules in Primavera P6 from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage baseline schedules, monthly updates, narratives, and custom reports
- Collect and validate progress updates from the field (actuals, remaining duration, % complete)
- Integrate submittal/procurement timelines and key vendor lead times into the schedule
- Analyze critical path / near-critical, float trends, variances, and risks to milestones
- Support two-week lookaheads, recovery schedules, and sequencing plans with project teams
- Assist with proposal and bid schedules during pursuits
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of construction scheduling experience (GC preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and advanced Excel skills
