Opportunities exist within multiple locations across the greater Orlando area. AHMG Gastroenterology and Hepatology is seeking partners with the desire to build a practice and foster collegial relationships with community-based physicians.

Ideal candidate should expect:

• Daily work schedule of outpatient and inpatient care
• Desire to handle a very high-volume case load
• Practice all aspects of general Gastroenterology
• Busy ED call at one hospital
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills

A strong emphasis will be placed on evidence-based medicine with a concentration on patient centered care.

The new physician should have the desire to join a busy practice and fit within the mission and vision of AdventHealth. ERCP preferred, but not required.

Board Certification in Gastroenterology (ABMS or AOA) is required.

Qualifications:

• MD/DO with Board Certification or Eligibility by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG) or the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) equivalent
• Completion of an ACGME/AOA-accredited residency
• Unrestricted Florida medical license (or the ability to obtain one) and DEA
• 3 years of inpatient/hospitalist experience or fellowship preferred
