This role is the backbone of our plant operations. As a Production Associate, you’ll help keep our manufacturing facility running safely, efficiently, and on schedule. This is hands-on, physical work in a heavy industrial environment where teamwork, safety, and reliability matter every single day.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor plant equipment and machinery such as forklifts, loaders, overhead cranes, powered tools, stress jacks, and production machines
• Support production processes including fabrication, demolding, finishing, grinding, assembly, and material handling
• Perform routine equipment checks, basic maintenance, and inspections — reporting any issues to supervisors
• Help troubleshoot minor equipment problems and make basic adjustments when needed
• Move raw materials and finished products using mobile equipment (forklifts, loaders, cranes, bobcats, etc.)
• Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, pulling, sweeping, cleaning, and organizing work areas
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized production floors and outdoor storage areas
• Monitor production flow and equipment performance to help maintain quality and efficiency
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including paperwork and production or yard reports
• Participate in daily safety meetings and follow all OSHA and company safety standards
• Help train and support teammates when needed
• Track inventory of supplies such as PPE, tools, and water, and notify supervisors when restocking is needed
• Read and follow work instructions, production documents, and fabrication drawings

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, plant, or heavy industrial environment (3+ years preferred for higher-level roles)
• Experience operating forklifts, overhead cranes, or heavy/mobile equipment is a plus, but we can train the right person
• Basic mechanical skills and comfort using hand tools, grinders, valves, and switches
• Ability to read — or willingness to learn to read — blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Welding, cutting, or torching experience is a plus
• Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work both independently and on a team

Physical & Work Environment

• Regular lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of materials
• Physically active role requiring standing, walking, and working in a production setting for extended periods
• Work performed in a heavy industrial environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures
• Overtime may be required based on production needs

The supervisor will oversee multiple activities simultaneously and take ownership of the output from employees working on the team. Shift is 5:00AM-3:30PM Monday through Friday

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure employees follow all safety procedures and protocols, serve on safety committees, and complete regular safety audits
• Mange daily production operations of heavy industrial products for assigned work group
• Set production schedules based on production introduction, equipment efficiency, and quality metrics
• Coach employees on work quality and quantity ensuring goals are met and solving issues as they arise and are identified
• Ensure the production of sufficient quantities of quality products at or below budgeted production cost
• Assist in continuous improvement activities to improve the movement of materials through various production processes
• Manage hourly employees, monitor and approve time sheets and work logs
• Assign employees to workstations and ensure proper training is completed
• Manage all aspects of assigned work groups and production bays, ensuring that production policies and procedures are strictly adhered to by all employees

What You’ll Need:

• No less than 2 years of successful leadership experience demonstrated in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment
• Thorough knowledge of blueprints and layouts
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• A high degree of dependability, maturity, and strong leadership characteristics as demonstrated through previous professional work experience
• Must be able to work 5:00am-3:30pm Monday through Friday. Regular and predictable attendance, a great attitude, and an ability to work well with a team towards achieving a common goal
• Range of small to large forklift experience preferred
• Overhead crane experience preferred

Our Physical Therapists examine and treat patients with physical impairments through the use of physical modalities. The goal is to assist persons who are physically challenged to improve mobility and function, independent self-care, other skills necessary for functioning in daily living. We have Specialty Programs that include Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip and Knee Replacement Program, and our Total Shoulder Replacement Program.
