The Opportunity

- Monitor physician competencies with progressive improvement using appropriate metrics. Counsel, suspend, or remove staff from the schedule as necessary in compliance with Vituity polices / guidelines.
- Actively participate in contract negotiations in conjunction with the Regional Director.

Required Experience and Competencies

Responsibilities:
* Performing audits and inspections as directed by the Safety Department management
* Supporting and up-holding the mission, goals, and objectives of the Safety Department
* Providing quality basic life support care to include Basic Life Support (BLS) skills and Advanced Life Support (ALS) skills on patients in the pre-hospital setting as indicated by the MA Office of Emergency Medical Services regional and local treatment protocols, as observed or indicated on the BLS Patient Care Report
* Interacting with other EMS, Fire, and Police services as required to promote patient care and transportation
* Complying with departmental requirements regarding documentation, data input, and information handling
* Responding and assisting as directed in the Six Flags New England Emergency Response Guide
* Performing minor vehicle maintenance (fueling, fluid checks, air, washing, etc.) as required
* Enforcing all Six Flags New England policies
* Assisting in other areas of the Safety Department
* Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
Qualifications:
* Current Massachusetts EMT - Paramedic Certification
* Current Advanced Life Support card
* Current MA licensed driver without serious moving violations

Responsibilities:
* Providing guests with a safe and enjoyable ride experience
* Entertaining guests and calming their nerves as they board our world-class rides and attractions
* Controlling buttons and switches to launch attractions out onto the ride course
* Ensuring the overall safe operation of your assigned ride or attraction
* Making sure seat belts are tight, loose items are secure, and lap bars are locked to keep guests safe
* Enforcing rider restrictions and ensuring guest meet the height requirements
* Assisting guests in and out of ride vehicles and cycle through the line with a safe sense of urgency
* Keeping ride patios, queue lines, and midways clean and looking great
* Acting as a first responder to ride emergencies to keep guests calm
