Job Description
The Tool Room Supervisor manages and oversees all aspects of the day to day tool room operations and activities in Chicago. This includes the repair, modifications and improvements of existing tooling. Responsibilities include compliance with current and future codes, regulations and inspections. Working with shift leads, assigns and prioritizes activities based upon input from Production Control and Operations. Responsible for resource planning for both headcount and equipment. Provides direction on tooling condition and replace/repair recommendations. Works closely with the Safety department to ensure the Chicago tool room stays in compliance.
This is a 1st shift position supporting operations from 6am -2pm.
The base compensation range for this position is $96,500 - $125,000. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
Essential Functions
- Develop, maintain and improve preventative maintenance programs for tooling
- Provides recommendations to improve tooling performance and efficiency
- Works with Foremen with scheduling of tool room personnel
- Responsible for controlling overtime and costs of the departments
- Assists with in-house design and fabrication of equipment and spare die components
- Works closely with the EHS Manager to ensure safety is a top priority at the division
- Participates as required in audits and inspections
- Monitors and reports status of tool room projects
- Assesses performance of team and provides feedback and guidance
- Assigns work requests and projects to the appropriate person.
- Ensures all paperwork and reporting are kept up to date and are completed in a timely fashion
- Communicates goals, objectives and policies to their team members.
- Will oversee the tool room apprentice program.
- Works on the successional planning of personnel and identifying technical disciplines that are understaffed. Makes recommendations for succession planning and staffing.
- Responsible for the maintaining of associated cribs
- Work with production manager/superintendents to improve throughput and quality by monitoring & improving key KPIs
- Participate in production meetings as required and communicate information back to appropriate departmental personnel
Education And Experience
- 10 or more years working with stamping dies required (Journeyman certification preferred). 20 years preferred.

Overview:
This role plays an integral part of the review team for specific casework that includes but is not limited to document review and handling claimant correspondence. Incumbents will use detailed analysis to review legal documents, as trained by the project team, communicate important information to the project team, and manage email correspondence from the public. Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Fields email inquiries from claimants
- Reviews and codes documents in actual or potential legal proceedings

- Relies on review protocol and instructions details of case that determine processing decisions
- May be asked to review documents a second time and process for additional issues
- Document types typically include MS Office and email documents, but may also include technical and non-traditional documents
- Technical elements of the position will vary by project
- Demonstrated ability to follow precise written instructions with accuracy
- Experience with Excel functionality

About the Role:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Software Trainer to deliver high-quality live virtual/in-person training sessions to dental practices using our proprietary software. This role is based in North Wilkesboro, NC and requires up to 50% travel to customer locations.
Key Responsibilities:
•Deliver live virtual or in person training sessions for dental practice teams, tailored to different roles (front office, hygienists, billing staff, etc.)
•Customize training plans based on practice needs, user roles, and software configuration
•Support onboarding of new customers through scheduled remote training sessions, webinars, and follow-up Q&A
•Maintain a deep understanding of product functionality, updates, and best practices
•Assist with the development and updates to training materials, including manuals, video guides, and reference sheets
•Troubleshoot common user errors and guide users to solutions during sessions
•Collaborate with implementation, support, and customer success teams to ensure consistent messaging and customer satisfaction
•Gather and relay customer feedback to help shape product enhancements and training improvements
Qualifications:
•3+ years of experience in dental practice operations, dental software training, or SaaS onboarding
•Proficiency with dental management software (e.g., Dentrix, Ascend or Dentrix Enterprise preferred)
•Strong in-person presentation skills and confidence using video conferencing tools (GoToMeeting, Teams, Bomgar, etc.)
•Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%
•Experience delivering software training
•High attention to detail and customer-centric mindset
•Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and features
