About the Position:

Our client, an international Am Law firm, is actively seeking a commercial finance attorney to join its corporate practice in Chicago as an associate. Responsibilities:

· Work on sophisticated finance transactions, including, acquisition finance, fund finance, healthcare finance and agented syndicated secured financings

· Draft and negotiate intercreditor agreements and other lender agreements

Required Qualifications:

· 2-3 years of experience in acquisition financing, fund finance, agented syndicated secured financings, and/or healthcare financings

· Knowledge of Article 9 of the UCC

· Strong drafting and negotiating skills

· Experience with intercreditor agreements and agreements among lenders is a plus

· Large law firm or commercial finance boutique law firm experience is preferred

Location:

Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $225,000 - $250,000.
