* Transporting residents around the facility and assisting them with other movements, as needed during the day
* Interacting with residents on a daily basis to keep them engaged, provide comfort, and build trusting relationships
* Being accountable to follow and adhere to care plans for residents and all applicable rules, regulations, and policies
* Bridging communications between, and among, staff and residents (and their family members)
Qualifications and Skills
* Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
* Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
* Knowledge of medical terminology and nursing care procedures
* Strong attention to detail
* Effective communication and social skills
