• Maintain cleanliness of public spaces by picking up litter and trash.
• Ensure cleanliness of all hallway areas throughout the dormitory building by sweeping and mopping floors.
• Establish cleanliness in restroom areas throughout the dormitory building by sanitizing sinks, toilets, and showers.

• Work with chemicals in accordance with all safety guidelines listed on the safety data sheets (SDS).  Uses cleaning equipment in accordance with the departmental safety guidelines. Utilizes personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary
• Cleans and maintains common areas of the Associate housing building
• Provides guest service according to Six Flags standards when serving the guest or working with subordinates, including initiating guest interactions, answering questions and giving directions.

Responsibilities:

• Test equipment daily before opening the attraction to guests. 
• Enforce park policies, attractions restrictions and recommendations.
• Ensure safe operation of the ride. Make certain that queue lines are safe and orderly.

As one of our seasonal Medical First Responders, you will be responsible for responding to medical emergencies and giving competent first aid care to guests and associates within certified training levels and in accordance with approved Six Flags Entertainment protocols. 

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

• Provides basic clinical and/or basic life support care to guests and employees including wound care, removing splinters, administering over-the-counter medications and basic health evaluations according to Kings Dominion guidelines and ODEMSA protocols. 
• Promptly responds to medical calls in the park. 
• Performs thorough accident investigations. 
• Processes and completes departmental paperwork and maintains high degree of confidentiality. 
• Cleans and maintains supplies and equipment.
• Assists with patient follow up, as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid CPR certification. 
• Must possess a valid Virginia State EMT-Basic (or Advanced) Certification
• Emergency Vehicle Operator Certification (EVOC) class II preferred. 
• Must have a valid Virginia driver's license.

• ​Assist in all costume related aspects of attractions and productions including design, construction, and maintenance. 

• ​Prepare costumes for shows (stage shows, street performers, musicians, characters, etc) and maintain costume appearance and continuity. 

• ​Fit and alter costumes as needed, utilizing sewing machine as needed and demonstrating basic sewing ability (seams, hems, buttons, etc.). 

• ​Clean performer’s costumes after the show, prepare laundry, and use washer and dryer as directed.

Responsibilities:

• Operate the reservations system by making reservations via telephone or in person, checking guests in and out, taking in deposits and other payments.
• Proactively monitor reservations to honor guest’s requests.
• Must stay up-to-date on K2 updates as it pertains to daily operation.
• Greet and assist guests with their reservation needs.

Qualifications:

• Basic situation resolution skills.
