Qualifications  

  • Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
  • Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days  
  • Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
  • TB skin test (current within last 12 months)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced marketing events contractor for an 8-month, fixed-term engagement to and ensure continuity of Cloud ERP Private marketing events. This role requires the ability to onboard quickly, ramp rapidly, and assume end-to-end ownership of an active event portfolio with minimal disruption.

The contractor will drive the planning and execution of Cloud ERP Private marketing events through disciplined project management and strong cross-functional coordination. This role supports a diverse portfolio of in-person and virtual programs designed to advance Cloud ERP Private go-to-market priorities and engage key customer and prospect audiences.

This engagement is highly executional and operational. You will step into an existing operating rhythm, manage event timelines, logistics, communications, and deliverables end-to-end, and partner closely with Line of Business (LOB) and Market Unit (MU) stakeholders to ensure programs are aligned, on-brand, and delivered with excellence.

1. Event Planning & Execution

• Quickly onboard to existing event plans and take ownership of Cloud ERP Private marketing events, including:

• Own end-to-end event project management from intake through post-event follow-up during the parental leave coverage period

• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed event timelines, workback schedules, and deliverables

• Coordinate logistics including registration, agendas, speakers, vendors, and on-site/virtual execution

2. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Establish strong working relationships quickly with LOB and MU stakeholders to ensure continuity during the transition

• Manage communications across multiple platforms and teams to maintain clarity, momentum, and accountability

• Act as the central point of contact for event execution, providing consistent status updates and issue resolution

3. Operational Excellence & Reporting

• Step into existing tools, processes, and reporting with minimal onboarding time

• Track event plans, budgets, timelines, and deliverables using advanced Excel and planning tools

• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and accuracy

• Support website and event page development to ensure accurate, timely event promotion (as needed)

The Sommelier is responsible for creating a comfortable yet upscale experience for guests of Triple Creek Ranch.  This position is responsible for all aspects of wine and beverage service in the dining room including ambiance, cocktail/beer/wine/non-alcoholic beverage service, as well as food service under the direction of the Beverage Manager.

Minimum Required Qualifications

The person in this position needs to:

  • Constantly move about the dining room.

  • Frequently ascend and descend stairs when moving between the dining room and the rooftop lounge or storage areas on the main floor.

  • Must possess an alcohol server certification valid in the state of MT, or obtain one within 60 days of hire.
