Unarmed School Security Officer
Cardinal Point Security Group is building a team of Security Officers who will facilitate a safe learning environment and keep students, staff, and faculty safe from violence.
Location: Glen Mills, PA
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Shifts are Monday to Friday (1) 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM & (2) 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- 30 hours per week
- Schedule includes regular school hours plus after-school and occasional weekend events when required.
- This position follows the school calendar, with 2 months off during the summer.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Be a Cardinal Point Ambassador: Be on time. Look sharp in proper uniform. Be engaged. Be consistent

This role partners closely with inventory, operations, warehouse, quality, and logistics teams to align demand, capacity, raw materials, and execution — while constantly adjusting plans in real time.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage daily and weekly production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity
- Release and manage production work orders, including BOM accuracy, yields, and labor standards
- Adjust schedules in real time due to downtime, shortages, quality holds, or operational constraints
- Coordinate sequencing to optimize shelf life, freshness, and changeovers
- Ensure raw material, packaging, and consumable availability
- Track planned vs. actual yields; investigate variances and drive corrective actions
- Maintain accurate inventory across raw, WIP, and finished goods with full traceability
- Enforce FIFO / FEFO, lot control, and regulatory requirements
- Build and maintain manual capacity models for labor, lines, and equipment
- Identify bottlenecks and re-plan around downtime and labor constraints
- Support customer fulfillment by validating available-to-ship inventory
- Produce planning, yield, and KPI reporting using Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools
Systems & Tools
- Advanced Excel & Google Sheets (required – heavy modeling and trackers)
- ERP / MRP systems
- WMS platforms
- CRM and reporting tools (Salesforce, Tableau, Redzone, i3PL, or similar)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of production planning or scheduling experience in food manufacturing
- Meat, protein, or perishable goods experience strongly preferred
- Proven experience planning with and without automated scheduling systems
- Strong understanding of shelf life, yield management, and capacity constraints
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and cross-functional communication skills
Work Environment
- Full-time, on-site role in Pedricktown, NJ
- Exposure to cold or refrigerated production environments as needed
- Occasional schedule flexibility required to support production deadlines

Additionally, they are working to integrate a newly acquired company into their system. The role is supply chain focused. The goal is to ensure their customers are set up to have access to their product at their terminal locations.
What the work will entail. Intake of customer information and data from the Sales team via Salesforce. Download all of the required data and information to provide to appropriate terminal sites. And make sure the terminal sites acknowledge and return documentation to ensure that the customer is able to access the terminal and product at any hour.
Accuracy and detail is key to this work as they do not want a customer to go to a terminal and be unable to withdraw/purchase their product.
