Position Summary
The Special Projects coordinator supports the execution of capital expenditure (CAPEX) and facilities-related initiatives across Family Dollar retail locations. This role provides administrative, reporting, and coordination support to the Special Projects team, including managers and directors. The ideal candidate demonstrates high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. This position plays a critical support role in project tracking, documentation, and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination & Support
- Assist with coordinating special projects, including décor changes, fixture replacements, auto door installations, flooring, refrigeration upgrades, vestibules, and rebanners.
- Support project scheduling, communication, and tracking in Lucernex and Ariba systems.
- Independently manage designated project workstreams, including tracking material orders and confirming installations.
- Communicate project updates and memos to field teams, vendors, and construction personnel.
Administrative & Documentation Support
- Create and distribute project correspondence and schedules.
- Maintain project documentation, including memos, schedules, approvals, and reports.
- Process purchase orders, contractor invoicing, temp labor billing, and vendor payments.
- Support vendor onboarding, ordering, and invoice resolution efforts.
- Organize department records, shared drives, and team calendars.
Communication & Issue Resolution
- Work with the Special Projects Supervisor and Managers to resolve store—or vendor-related scheduling, materials, or installation issues.
- Escalate field and vendor issues promptly to the Manager or Director as appropriate.
- Maintain open lines of communication with internal stakeholders (Finance, AP, Legal, Operations, Merchandising, Portfolio, Construction, Procurement).
Departmental Operations
- Order department supplies and manages mailing and contact lists.
- Assist with freezer/cooler initiatives and other recurring projects.
- Participate in project close-out and data entry processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate’s degree is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support, preferably within construction, real estate, or facilities.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience working with construction management systems (e.g., SLM, Ariba, Lucernex) is highly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments and vendors.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with store construction, fixturing, planning, or merchandising.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently while contributing to team success.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.

The selected candidate must have the ability to assemble and disassemble mechanical components such as valves, gearboxes, doors, pumps, etc. Must be able to precision instruments, and lift objects up to 50 pounds. This job requires limited bending, standing, squatting and climbing.

Overview:
This position is for a Data Analyst who can manage Supply Chain’s SQL server data, Big Query data warehouse, Alteryx workflow (ETL) and Tableau Dashboard development. The candidate should be an excellent Alteryx and Tableau modeler who can build from requirement documentation with limited support.
Responsibilities:
- Performs advanced business analysis using various techniques, e.g. statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, data mining
- Create informative reports, dashboards, visualizations, and presentations to communicate data findings to stakeholders, translating complex information into actionable insights and opportunities for improvement
- Works closely with the internal or external client to understand available data elements, where they reside across various systems.
- Manages, architects, and automates the flow of information from various source systems through the supply chain SQL Server and ultimately into the Supply Chain Data Warehouse, ensuring clean, harmonized, and accurate data.
- Ability to work and communicate with business stakeholders and technical teams while bridging the communication gap between the two.
- Ensure a high degree of accuracy and timeliness in generating reporting outcomes for business leaders, including near-time operational reporting.
- Conduct insightful ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues, including key Transportation initiatives.
- This role will also be critical in managing and integrating financial, operational, and transactional data to support our Transportation and Distribution Center (DC) network—comprising 9 DCs and handling approximately 500+ million annual case transactions.

Job Summary The Senior Program Manager, International Student Recruitment is the subject matter expert (SME) and key driver for the development and implementation of a strategic student outreach/recruitment campaign to attract qualified applicants in designated world regions on behalf of NYU Abu Dhabi (NYUAD).
This position has primary responsibility to develop specific regional plans to drive student applications to NYUAD, optimize initiatives and activities to enhance the student application pool, conduct data-driven impact analysis of recruitment activities on application targets from each region, and develop focused reports to communicate success and strategies to change approaches as required.
This position is responsible for management of operations, personnel, and budget allocations of the IIE/NYUAD Program, including supervision of direct reports (3), international contractors through a third-party Employer of Record (EOR) (4), and a dotted-line (matrix) reporting structure for outreach officers in IIE International Offices (4).
The Senior Program Manager represents IIE/NYUAD in interactions with NYUAD admissions leadership and team members.
Essential Functions: Manages the daily activities of the NYUAD program, including overseeing operations, budget allocations, personnel, and policy decision-making.
Provides guidance and direction to a global team of international recruitment professionals to achieve program deliverables including accountability of each team deliverables in five different world regions.
