Position Overview:
Working as part of a team, the Client Administrative Manager (CAM) is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to a Financial Advisor or team of Financial Advisors. The CAM enhances the client experience by providing exceptional client service and supporting Branch functions as needed.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Onboard new client accounts, which includes the collection of required documentation and client information
- Maintain existing client relationships through the processing of client requests, resolving client inquiries, and making sure key client information and documentation is up to date
- Conduct outreach to maintain strong relationships with client base and identify services and solutions that support clients' needs
- Proactively prepare financial reports, spreadsheets and other materials for client meetings
- Support the team's marketing strategy by maintaining marketing materials, including digital and social media platforms, and planning client events and seminars
- Regularly seek opportunities to use firm resources for peer sharing and collaborating with colleagues
- Perform administrative duties that support Financial Advisors in daily business practices, including but not limited to, telephone coverage, business travel arrangements, coordination of client meetings and file & calendar maintenance
Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or in related field is preferred
- Experience in brokerage operation and compliance experience in the financial services industry would be highly beneficial
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) preferred
- Highly detail-oriented with superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Follow-up to ensure resolution and completion of tasks
- Provide a high level of customer service in a calm, courteous and professional manner.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly grasp technology and train others on the effective use of firm and custodian systems

Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Showroom Consultant located in Chesapeake, VA. The Showroom Consultant will assist customers in selecting tile and marble products for their projects, ensure an exceptional customer experience, maintain the showroom for displays and organization, and provide in-depth knowledge of materials. This role involves working directly with customers and collaborating with the sales team to meet business objectives. Hours would be Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 3:00 pm.

Data Analyst - Transportation
Overview:
This position is for a Data Analyst who can manage Supply Chain’s SQL server data, Big Query data warehouse, Alteryx workflow (ETL) and Tableau Dashboard development. The candidate should be an excellent Alteryx and Tableau modeler who can build from requirement documentation with limited support.
Responsibilities:
- Performs advanced business analysis using various techniques, e.g. statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, data mining
- Create informative reports, dashboards, visualizations, and presentations to communicate data findings to stakeholders, translating complex information into actionable insights and opportunities for improvement
- Works closely with the internal or external client to understand available data elements, where they reside across various systems.
- Manages, architects, and automates the flow of information from various source systems through the supply chain SQL Server and ultimately into the Supply Chain Data Warehouse, ensuring clean, harmonized, and accurate data.
- Ability to work and communicate with business stakeholders and technical teams while bridging the communication gap between the two.
- Ensure a high degree of accuracy and timeliness in generating reporting outcomes for business leaders, including near-time operational reporting.
- Conduct insightful ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues, including key Transportation initiatives.
- This role will also be critical in managing and integrating financial, operational, and transactional data to support our Transportation and Distribution Center (DC) network—comprising 9 DCs and handling approximately 500+ million annual case transactions.
- Support the managing OpEx & CapEx supply chain budget, including cost optimization and ad hoc financial tracking.

Qualifications:
- Technical expertise in SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, and Python.
- Strong knowledge of and experience working with data stores, data extraction & cleansing, analyzing large volumes of data using analytical tools, and in building data models.
- Knowledge of statistics and experience analyzing large datasets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, MS Excel

Education & Experience:

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides direct and indirect nursing care to patients in the Ambulatory setting in accordance with University Health policies and standards.
