*JOB SUMMARY:*

Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and courteously, ensuring the highest guest service level is achieved and maintained.

JOB ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ø Receive vehicles from guests and issue parking ticket

Ø Open all vehicle doors and welcome guests to the property

Ø Assist arriving/departing guests with luggage

Ø Handle guest vehicles safely and cautiously at all times

Ø Accurately complete parking ticket with emphasis on the vehicle damage survey

Ø Park and fully secure vehicles in approved lots or spaces

Ø Handle key packs responsibly and return the complete key pack to the Valet key station

Ø Be aware of the retrieval indication system and deliver vehicles quickly and safely

Ø Move with a sense of urgency at all times when in and around the main entrance to the casino and the Hotel Porte

Ø Assist disabled guests with entry and exit to the casino and their vehicles

Ø Ensure that guest concerns are handled in an effective and courteous manner

Ø Demonstrate high levels of service skills during each guest interaction

Ø Delight our guests with outstanding service

Ø Ensure that appropriate service recovery measures are followed through to ensure guest satisfaction with our services and Team Members

Ø Flexible and receptive to change in work environment and procedure

Ø Assist with on and off-property transportation needs

Ø Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies/procedures in an ethical manner

*MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:*

Ø A high school or GED is required

Ø A valid N.C driver’s license is required, CDL preferred with no more than one (1) DUI conviction or three or more moving violations, three or more traffic citation convictions in the past 3 years (from date of conviction), or conviction for suspension or conviction for at-fault accident within the last 3 years required

Ø Six months of previous Valet or transportation experience is preferred

Ø The ability to drive and operate all types of passenger vehicles and light trucks is required

Ø The ability to drive vehicles with manual transmissions is required

Ø *Must demonstrate the following essential knowledge and skills:*

• Predictable, W-2 compensation and benefits
• Flexible scheduling, control over their schedule, session structure, and patient population

What your day-to-day practice looks like:

• 100% remote, outpatient psychiatry
• Lower to moderate acuity populations (ex. anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, PTSD)
• Patient population across the lifespan: children & adolescents (treated by board-certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists only), adults, and geriatric patients
• Standard session lengths (60-minute intakes, 30-minute follow ups)
• No inpatient, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization care or crisis coverage
• In-house referral network to therapists
• Full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing

Clinical autonomy & flexibility:

• Control over schedule and weekly availability
• Session length within established clinical standards
• Patient population, balanced to individual criteria and preferences
• Clinical decision-making without pressure to shorten visits or increase volume
