How you'll make an impact
The Senior Account Captive Manager is responsible for the management of a portfolio of captive clients. Responsibilities include overseeing a portfolio of captive clients including monitoring cash flow, preparing or review financial statements, management reports, and budgets. Complete captive clients' regulatory filings and ensure regulatory compliance. Work with client on business plan changes and communicate with captive regulator. Work with internal resources to renew annual insurance policies. Compiles, consolidates, and analyses financial information for captive clients, as needed. Facilitate, prepare and present at captive Board of Director meetings. Work with various service providers such as auditors, actuaries, regulators, attorneys, in effectively managing the captive clients. Facilitate annual captive audit, providing required information and support to complete and file with captive regulators. Explain basic accounting and finance concepts to non-accountants. Provide support and communication with captive client and its business divisions on all captive matters. Provide excellent customer service to captive clients and captive service providers. Work well individually and in a team environment. May provide direction and oversight to other team members.
About you
Required: Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience OR High School degree and 10 years client coordination and/or claims management experience. License required. Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time. Preferred: Professional designation may be preferred, such as CPCU, CIC or ARM. Minimum 1 year experience with A.J. Gallagher is preferred. Behaviors: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to quickly determine critical issues.

The Will Call Coordinator is responsible for providing excellent service to customers, sales, opco associates, and others who are picking up ordered food and non-food products via the location's service/will call area/window/desk. The position may report to the warehouse or sales department. The Will Call Coordinator performs duties including but not limited to selecting product, palletizing product, organizing product by order, processing invoices, handling payment, and other related duties. The position interfaces with customers, associates and vendors. The position requires strong customer service and interpersonal skills, organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The Will Call Coordinator functions as a team member within the warehouse department and performs all duties as assigned to meet business needs. - Analyze and interpret numerical data and perform basic math functions. Ensures count accuracy, record count, and verifies quality and labeling of orders according to shipping documents.

- Understands the critical need for Food Safety and HACCP in all work activities, application and documentation.

On an average day, you'll
- Perform welding operations in accordance with MIL-SPEC and NAVSEA standards.
- Maintain accurate welding records and documentation.
- Conduct visual inspections of completed welds.
- Work from engineering drawings and welding procedure specifications (WPS).
- Work closely with team members, engineers, and production supervisors to optimize workflow and improve production processes.
- Put safety first, all day every day.
What You Need To Apply
- Current MIL-SPEC welding certification or NAVSEA welder qualification
- Demonstrated experience with military/naval specification welding procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols
- Knowledge of industry safety standards and practices, with a proven track record of adhering to safety guidelines
- Experience with non-destructive testing (NDT) procedures preferred
- Familiarity with quality control documentation and traceability requirements preferred
- Previous work in shipbuilding, defense, or aerospace industries preferred

Work Environment
This is a full-time, non-exempt position scheduled from Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. We have flexible hours so you can start anytime between 6 a.m. and 8 a.m. - an 8-hour shift plus 30 min. lunchbreak will have you finish your day between 2.30 p.m. and 4.30 p.m. This position works in a manufacturing production environment. This role routinely uses standard personal protective equipment such as required Safety Glasses and Safety shoes, as well as head and hearing protection and gloves, as required.
