Our client, an elite AMLAW 20 firm has engaged us in a high priority search for a mid-level Patent Associate to be resident in the firm's Boston office or work remotely supporting the Boston office.
The candidate will provide patent prosecution services in software and electronics IP across an array of industries.
Familiarity with software and electronics is required, and experience with health and medicine is a plus.
Candidates should have at least a bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or an equivalent discipline.

The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience working with insurers, insurance regulators, insurance agencies, and/or corporate clients facing insurance-related issues. Alternatively, candidates with strong backgrounds in administrative law and/or commercial litigation would be good fits for this role.
Our insurance regulatory practice is a national practice, assisting insurance regulators, insurers and agencies in matters involving insurer formation, change of control, redomestication, supervision/examination, delinquency proceedings, coverage analysis/litigation, and financial analysis.
