Summary:

Anesthetizes patients undergoing surgical, medical, obstetrical, diagnostic, psychiatric, or resuscitative procedures either by general, regional, or monitored anesthesia. Functions under the administrative guidelines of the Department of Surgical Services, and under the medical direction of the attending anesthesiologists of the Department of Anesthesiology

Responsibilities:

1. Assesses patient pre-operatively in a timely and efficient manner. This includes performance of history and physical, development of anesthesia plan of care, documentation of assessment and plan, explanation of care, risks and benefits to patient and family, assembly of equipment and drugs. Meets annual departmental quality metrics for turnover times, on-time starts and QI submissions.2. Attends continuing education and professional meetings, participates in institutional and departmental committees, and contributes to the clinical learning experience of other health care professionals.3. Contributes to performance improvement. Evaluates problem areas, plans and implements measures to assure improvement in patient outcomes, assists in collection of data and participates in Impact Care activities.4. Maintains anesthesia records, Impact Care reports and other documents in a legible manner5. Provides anesthesia. As a Field & Materials Expeditor, fi rst & foremost you will be responsible for maintaining jobsites and project logistics, but most importantly you are encouraged to evolve your skills into Site Supervisor, and ultimately Project Manager. FIELD & MATERIALS EXPEDITOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Maintain frequent communication with team members through in-person co-working and company online platforms.

2. Attend weekly in-person Team Meetings (Tuesdays @ 12:30pm).

3. Shop and safely transport materials to and from job sites using company vehicles.

4. Maintain clean and organized job sites (daily).

5. Keep company truck, shed, and storage unit(s) clean and organized.

6. Track and deliver all receipts for job/business expenses to Operations Director.

7. Completion of punch list and warranty tasks as needed.

8. Develop site supervision and project management skills by training with current team members.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. 2+ years work experience in construction or a related fi eld.

2. A keen awareness of—and willing to learn about—jobsite operations and construction practices.

3. Valid Driver's License, clean driving record and daily access to reliable transportation.

4. Ability to lift 25+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day, occasionally up to 80+ lbs.

5. Ability to work outside, year round, in all types of weather.

Position Purpose

The Respiratory Therapist shall be responsible for the administration of respiratory care offered by the Respiratory Care Department

What you will do

• ​Function clinically with a considerable amount of independent judgment regarding the delivery of quality patient care

• Serve as a technical resource person to the physicians and other health care workers, with regard to current practices in respiratory care

• Set up, operate and manage patient care on respiratory related equipment such as mechanical ventilators, NIPPV/CPAP, or High Flow Oxygen devices

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Respiratory Care, minimum of a two-year Associate's Degree

• Current State of CT Respiratory Care Practitioner License
