POSITION SUMMARY: TERRITORY SALES LEAD – Cooling Products/Division
The position oversees the achievement of sales and growth initiatives for H-E Part’s cooling products. This position is responsible for meeting company revenue and margin objectives in support of the business plan. In addition, this position is responsible for helping to manage customer expectations, improving customer satisfaction, as well as meeting all key strategic initiatives. Success is defined by achievement of budgeted financial goals.
The Cooling Sales Lead is responsible for coordinating the sales activities in the NAFTA area. This involves directly managing assigned specific customer accounts as well as supporting overall sales initiatives in the region; included but not limited to, developing sales budgets, forecasting, client development, product and business development, pricing analysis and yield functions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Aligns sales objectives with firm business strategy – through active participation in strategic planning, sales strategy development, forecasting, sales resource planning and budgeting.
· Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share and other key financial performance objectives.
· Consistently work with and report to the NA/Americas Sales Manager to strengthen forward revenue modeling, high level planning, drive initiatives, and update strategies to keep ahead of market changes relative to the product offerings.
· Develop the annual sales budget for cooling products.
· Develop and communicate strategic sales plans based upon company objectives that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction,
· Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement by collaborating with other members of the sales team.
· Ensure full product line is marketed, all opportunities are uncovered and aggressively pursued.
· Communication: Conduct all internal and external communications on a timely and professional manner. Uphold a culture of pro-actively managing the business.
· Customer Relations Management: Work to acquire and maintain certain senior level contacts with key customers. Ensure updating key customer contact and equipment data within the CRM system (Salesforce).
o Conduct quarterly customer reviews with key customers.
o Fully support all company metrics and initiatives to measure and drive performance.
· Other duties as assigned.

Position requires collaboration with other department managers, and administrative staff and current and/or potential customers.

About the Role
As a clinician, you are an expert in the assessment, evaluation, and diagnosis of health conditions for your patients. As an independent contractor with VES, you apply your expertise in the evaluation and diagnosis of eye conditions to support a Veteran’s disability claim. As a certified medical disability examiner, you gather and synthesize clinical evidence through medical and military record review, interviews with Veterans, and face-to-face examinations. You develop a medical opinion of likelihood that the Veteran’s condition is related to their military service. The timely and expert examination assures that a Veteran’s claim is heard and dutifully processed by VBA.
Here is a typical workflow for a provider: Exam Request Received > Testing and Exam Schedule > Provider Reviews Records > Veteran Exam Completion > Report Reviewed and Submitted.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- The physician serves as medical director for skilled nursing facilities (SNF) and participates in administrative and quality initiatives for the facilities he or she is responsible for;
- Medical directorship functions include attending and participating in monthly quality assurance and process improvement meetings; participating in quality improvement initiatives; providing guidance to facility staff; reviewing and revising (if necessary) facility's clinical guidelines; insuring compliance with state and federal regulations, training facility staff; and supervising facility clinical staff.
- In addition to the medical director role, the physician also serves as the attending physician for the residents residing at each facility;
- The physician collaborates with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to manage day to day resident care at each facility. Typically, each facility will have a full-time PA or NP assigned to the facility depending on the acuity and volume of the patient population;
- Physician will provide high quality, patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services by rounding on patients residing in SNFs;
- Physician is responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with acute illness, such as bacterial and viral infections, as well as chronic diseases and conditions, such as hypertension, heart disease, or diabetes
- Physician must be able to supervise collaborating nurse practitioners and physicians assistants
Compensation
- Compensation ranges approximately from $1,100 - $1,500 per day
