Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a qualified Special Education Teacher to join our Circle Academy Urbana team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a supportive, engaging classroom environment that promotes academic excellence and incorporates Social Emotional Learning (SEL) alongside mental health stability. The Special Education Teacher works with small class sizes and classroom support staff in a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.
As a Special Education Teacher at Circle Academy Urbana, you will play an essential role in helping students overcome barriers to learning and providing them with the tools to succeed in both their academic and personal lives. Our Special Education Teacher will collaborate closely with families, support staff, and school leadership to ensure each student receives individualized instruction and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver individualized academic instruction to students with diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.

Essential Functions
Performs diagnostic studies and radiopharmaceutical therapeutic administration by utilizing Nuc Med and/or PED/CT equipment by acquiring and processing patient exams in accordance with accreting bodies and/or manufacturer guidelines and as outlined in department protocols. Reviews cases with the radiologist when appropriate. Reviews labs and patient history to perform correct exam. Administers IV radiopharmaceuticals by means of existing IV line or by performing veni-puncture and placing IV line. Screens the patient for possibility of pregnancy and performs pregnancy testing if applicable.
Responsible to review radiology orders for completeness and accuracy. Reviews patient history and supporting clinical data for medical necessity. Takes steps to acquire additional information if needed from the patient, ordering provider and/or Radiologist.
Demonstrates acceptable imaging quality standards by critiquing positioning, technical factors and alignment. Reviews patient data for accuracy, quality and completeness.
Transfers and verifies image data in PACS and provides necessary medical history and information for Radiologist interpretation. Utilizes the web servers and email systems to send exams for preliminary readings after hours.
Responsible for maintaining imaging equipment and workplace environment including maintaining supply inventories and orderliness of work area. Recognizes malfunctions and service needs and reports service needs in a timely manner.
Ensures patient, visitor and environmental safety. Reports safety events immediately including those that are a near miss.
Assists in instruction of students and new staff as necessary. May perform duties of Nuc Med Lead or Imaging Coordinator in his/her absence.
Meets productivity levels as established by department benchmarking. Assists other areas during downtimes so to maintain productivity.
May be required to perform duties of other modalities within the department to which licensers are held by the technologist/sonographer.
Complies with other job descriptions of cross-trained modalities also performed within the department.
Required secondary registries are not required for cross trained modalities at HRHC unless otherwise required by specific compliance, licensure, or accrediting bodies.

The compensation range for this position is $38.93per hour - $66.96per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. Check consumable supply levels weekly and order supplies as needed. Make Manager aware of any back-orders.
Checks outdates on disinfectant tubs and ensures documentation of testing is done on schedule.
Performs any special projects that may come up or be assigned by the Manager.
Assists manager completing and monitoring payroll.

The compensation range for this position is $21.25per hour - $35.49per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. Under supervision, the Lead Radiologic Technologist oversees technical procedures, patient care and work flow in RT area to ensure safe and effective patient care. Performs diagnostic general radiological procedures utilizing various imaging equipment to assist in diagnosis of disease and injuries. Responsible for initial and annual training and competencies.

Responsibilities
Performs all essential functions of the X-Ray Technologist. Serves as a technical resource and subject matter expert for staff, management, and physicians in Radiography. Oversees the patient schedule and workflow to maximum efficiency as established by department benchmarking. Coordinates staff coverage during unexpected high exam volumes as well as minimizing staff in times of low volumes. Performs or has input in staff scheduling and timecard edits based on the department guidelines. Participates in QA/QC programs. Directs personnel in maintaining standards set out by accrediting bodies, licensures and safety guidelines. Participates in scheduling of department's technical equipment service and/or maintenance. Develops training programs and evaluates technical skills of staff. Responsible for ensuring staff has completed new employee and annual employee competencies. Recommends to the coordinator/manager/director personnel actions for hires, promotions, transfers, discharges, performance evaluations, and disciplinary measures of staff. Participates in submitting information and imaging for accreditation following department guidelines for accreditation processing. Responsible for reporting timely updates to one up on progress. Aids in the annual review and periodic updates of department policies and protocols. Performs on call duties and/or work variable shifts as assigned to meet department needs. Performs coaching with staff and documents conversations. Performs record of conversation and progressive discipline at the direction of their one up.

The Project Manager II role is a full-time, salaried, exempt position that reports to the Regional Capital Projects Manager, working closely with a well-established team. This role is responsible for overseeing various project initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Skill Set:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years managing several industrial projects of varying complexity, ranging in size from $1 to $10 million or equivalent experience.
- Experience with cost engineering and key performance indicators.
- Proficiency in industrial process project planning and scheduling with multi-craft trades.
- Experience with industrial process project commissioning means and methods.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Project, Primavera, or other resource-loaded scheduling tools.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP Certification or willingness to obtain it.
- Experience working with third-party design firms executing under various contractual methodologies.
- Experience managing multi-year projects with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience executing revamp and brownfield projects or related experience.
- Familiarity with stage gate project execution.
