• 25 patients per day Tuesday and Thursday, 10 - 15 Friday
• Small town hospital
• 1 midlevel, 1 LPN, 2 MAs support staff
• EMR: EPIC
• 10 - 14 surgeries on average per week
• Robot available for procedures
• Call is 24hrs every day -- rarely called after 8pm
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
