Medac Urgent Care has been proudly providing top-ranked patient care to the Wilmington, North Carolina communities since 1984. Paramedics are critical to the success of our clinical teams and crucial to providing fast, friendly, and affordable healthcare at our six Medac Urgent Care centers. With onsite digital X-ray, EKG, common laboratory assays, our teams are able to offer a high level of care to our patients. Currently, Medac is exploring the likely addition of CT scanning capabilities to one of our sites.
Our centers are open 7 days per week, 8AM - 8PM.
Job Description
- Learn and practice advanced skills under the direction of our providers. You are trained and trusted with a wider scope of practice including injections, phlebotomy, IVs, EKGs, and orthopedic care.
- Triage patients, take vital signs, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent care.
- Apply splints and wound dressings, collect and record the results of various laboratory tests, administer oral and injectable medications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring quality, schedule, safety, and profitability.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee project activities, including budgets, schedules, material procurement, subcontracts, and manpower.

We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead commercial execution across our S&W Ready-Mix operations in North and South Carolina. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day sales activities, developing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across our Carolinas markets, representing approximately 500,000 to 1 million cubic yards of annual ready-mix production. The Sales Manager will work closely with operations leadership to ensure strong customer service, effective pricing discipline, and successful project execution across residential, commercial, infrastructure, and public-sector markets.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute sales activities across S&W Ready-Mix operations in North and South Carolina to drive revenue growth and margin performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, municipalities, DOTs, and infrastructure partners across the region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and infrastructure construction segments.
- Support pricing strategy and market positioning through ongoing analysis of market conditions, competitive activity, and project pipelines.
- Work closely with plant operations and dispatch teams to ensure efficient scheduling, logistics coordination, and high levels of customer service.
- Support bid preparation and contract negotiations for major projects and key accounts.

- Strong understanding of ready-mix concrete markets, contractor relationships, DOT/public-sector procurement, and project bidding processes.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with plant operations, dispatch, and logistics teams.
- Strong commercial skills including pricing discipline, negotiation, and project pipeline management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.

Assign appropriate treatment plan according to each patient s needs

Perform at home treatment if possible
Look for anything unusual or abnormal
Prescribe appropriate medicines or therapy
Calculate correct medication dosage for each patient and educate on proper use
Order outside diagnostic tests and lab work as needed (blood/urine test, tissue samples, imagery, etc.)
Analyze and share results of diagnostic testing with patient
Continually chart and maintain patient information on paper and in computer system
Conduct follow-ups with patients to monitor and track their condition and progress
Refer patient to a medical specialist when needed
Maintain confidentiality and always work with respect and integrity
Encourage preventative health measures including proper diet, rest and exercise
Direct, train, and supervise medical staff including nurses, physician assistants, and med techs on proper procedures and protocol
Attend conferences and continue research in your field to stay abreast of medical innovations and breakthroughs
